Pat's Quality Shoe Repair

this review is about honesty. I had an issue with my two month old shoes and called around to a few places to see who would do the best work on them because i really really liked those shoes and they were quite expensive. i called pat's and i guess I spoke to Pat or whoever answered the phone and he said even though they're 2 months old or so, why don't you bring them back to the store to see if they'll replace the shoes first whereas every other shoe repair place said they would repair them. So what i'm trying to say is that from my experience if you go to Pat's he's not just going to take your money, it seems like he'll give you honest feedback or do honest work. I value that especially when handing over my favorite shoes.

He was very efficient and gave me a fair price for the work that was done. Shoes were done when they said they would be! No complaints very happy with the finished product.

Took my wife’s shoes in and Pat put Topy’s on them and they’re better then new! This is the place to go for your shoe repair needs

Horrible attitude, condescending tone, when calling about a simple shoe separation from the sole, if this is an employee, I'm sorry but he needs a lesson in service, if it's the owner, then shame on you for making me feel like an idiot for asking questions I didn't know the answer to about shoe repair, Wouldn't reccomend this place to my enemy.
