Today I bought the most comfortable pair of men's Skechers Flex Advantage 4.0 Air Cooled Memory Foam Backless Shoes. If you like comfortable quick slip on shoes, BUY THESE! I assue you they will not disappoint. With the memory foam and soft rubber souls, you'll almost forget that you're wearing them. Thanks to the wonderful red-headed sweet-heart of a lady staff member in the store, I walked out of Marks a happy shopper.....again. I'm a long-time regular customer of Mark's and will continue shopping there as long as I can. To all the great management and staff who continue to make my shopping experience the best, THANK YOU! :
Really nice store with quality items. Staff are super helpful and really know their merchandise. Returns/exchanges easy-peazy. We can't remember each name of the staff helping but Men's wear, shoes and customer service were really great at helping us. The shoe dept assisted us with finding the most comfortable indoor shoes "ever"....thank you so very much!!
Awesome service today from the lady in the shoe department. I didn't catch her name but she was wearing converse shoes and helped me find a pair for my daughter. Super friendly and helpful. Infact, all of the staff I spoken with were very happy and friendly. Good service is hard to find nowadays. Had to share!
Very happy with my experience at Mark’s recently, given the care and attention I received by retail staff at the Chilliwack location. In particular, staff workers Lisa and Zara who served me were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. They provided honest opinions instead of just trying to “sell” a clothing item, and they went out of their way to find what I was looking for. I have been serviced by Zara before; she was very kind and really appeared to care about me being well looked after and leaving the store with a product that fit “right”.
Marks is one of our favourite stores lots of selections and good quality. Staffs are very welcoming and very friendly specially Kathy , she is amazing. She help me with my purchases. It was a wonderful experience. It’s always is.
Took away online pickup options. 4-8 business days to turn around a pick up order is ridiculous won’t shop here again. Put the accessibility back In response to the manager’s comment: we ordered for stock that was supposed to be in-store. It should have been ready the same day. This store also took away curbside. Also leaving a phone number isn’t an accessible option. I don’t do calls. I’m returning the whole order because it took so long we got it cheaper
I love the “NEW” Mark’s ! They have worked so much to renovate, to expand and refresh the store! It is a little hard to navigate through the store right now but hopefully after the holidays things will go back to normal and it won’t be that crowded! Some good sales going on right now!

I found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I did not even have to ask for help as a very nice sales associate offered to help. They were very well stocked in hoodies. I got exactly what I wanted.
Friendly helpful staff. Excellent stock. Sale prices very good. They are expanding which will help immensely as the store is cluttered and tight aisles
