Caroline in footwear. Absolutely amazing. I have been many times to try to find shoes for nursing 12 hour days. Struggling and buying $200+ shoes every 6 months. She monitored my walk, identified concerns. Had a large knowledge base on different shoes of costs. She was attentive, addressing needs of everyone. Then saw the needs for more cashiers. Called for help, noone came. So she jumped in to help. Assessing the store needs and providing amazing customer care. 10/10 best service ever.

We had extraordinary customer service in the shoe department for my pre-teen son yesterday, whose feet seem to have extended an inch overnight lol. I wish I had gotten names but everyone was very helpful in that department, with a particular acknowledgement to the absolutely fantastic woman with the short-cut silver hair and English? accent. I can't thank you enough for your wonderful customer service - you just don't see that level of care anymore!

Tried to get new gym shoes September 14 at 1230 pm and left empty handed due to zero customer service. Terrible!! Not sure what happened because the service here use to be great. You lost my business today.

Special thanks to Sales associate George and the Store manager! They've both been very helpful with our purchase and answered all our questions with a lot of patience. I will definitely consider this location for my upcoming purchases.

One of the best customer service experiences EVER. I purchased winter boots in August 2024 when they were on sale online. I had previously tried the boots on in the store prior to buying them online when they were on sale. When I received the boots, I put one on to make sure it fit the same and put the box, boots, and receipt in my closet till I could use them in Winter.nThis winter has been very mild and I did not have the opportunity to use the boots till early Feb.nI took my boots out and put them on, only to find out that I had been shipped two left boots. I called the store and spoke with a very charismatic woman Caroline and she said to come in and they would get me sorted.nWhen I came in, it didn't appear there was much they could do because I purchased the boots so long ago and their system was showing no stock - so they would have to give me store credit. I was a little disappointed because I really liked these boots.nGetting to the point, Caroline did some great investigative work which must have been difficult because the boot description nor my order was showing up in the system despite having my order receipt and found the LAST pair of boots in my size 10 in another store and was going to have them shipped to the store.nnI can't say how happy I am with the customer service and how Caroline went above and beyond to get the result I was hoping for. It was certainly an out of the box scenario, but she was pleasant to deal with from start to finish!
