I had such a positive experience at this dentist office that I really can’t recommend it enough. The entire team from front end, to the technicians and dentist were all super skilled and knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. You can tell they enjoy their work and it shows!
I get anxious when visiting a dentist. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. The hygienist Heather I think was her name was AWESOME! She is compassionate, attentive and understanding of my "fear." Heather even checked with the front desk staff for what my insurance would cover. My time with Dr. Grossman was brief but he was pleasant n cordial! Thank you all for a great experience!
They got me in when nobody else could as a new patient with an extremely painful toothache. They assessed the issue and began root canal that day. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed like they truly cared. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist in the area!
I'm very comfortable with going to Kingston dental associates. Their timely with your appointment, they talk to you they look you in the eye they are informative. I have been with them for a few years now and I have found each visit I walk away clam, and satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them
The office ran smoothly and they were very polite to me. The hygienist was gentle,informed and very professional. I requested her on my next visit. The dentist was gentle, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I glad I found them through MVP and I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends.
It was my first time going to this dental office. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to be helpful in scheduling appointments, and their technology is state-of-the-art. I am very happy to have found this practice in my dental insurance network!
Very friendly staff. I called Monday for a tooth that was bothering me and they got me in the next day! This was after calling around to several other offices in the area including one where I am a regular patient. The hygienist and Dr were very informative of the work I needed done. After a good cleaning and X-rays they scheduled me for the following Monday to have the procedure on the problem tooth. I felt like all my concerns were addressed and explained to me in detail. I was treated like I had been a client of theirs this whole time. Thank you for squeezing me in.
Really nice friendly team from front desk to doctor. Made me feel very much at ease, explained everything thoroughly and both Dr. Grossman and his assistant spent plenty of time talking with me and making sure I was comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
From the moment you walk in at your first appt they make you feel like home. I have dental anxiety and they helped so much. They are gentle and understanding. I could have never finish any dental appt anywhere else and now I completed all my treatments. I feel great. I look great. I would never go anywhere else for my dental treatment or care. I absolutely love KDA! All of the staff are incredibly nice. I used to fear going to the dentist but not anymore. Heather is an amazing Dental Hygienist. She is extremely gentle. Thank you for kindness and patience. I highly recommend KDA.
