Aspen Dental

I went to Aspen Dental because my insurance plan "covered" a check up and cleaning. The sign on the door said "free check up and x-rays". I thought that seemed a bit tacky and possibly a come on since then the signs inside let you know you could pay on a schedule. The office I was examined in was covered with info about bad gum disease and ads for an antibiotic. I told them all I wanted was a cleaning, since this is what I get 2 or 4 times a year. They would not do a cleaning on the first visit and I thought that was strange; however it all became clear and added up with the free check-up, office plastered with gum disease warnings and ads for the antibiotic. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and 21 days of that antibiotic advertised all over the walls. Then I was sent to the private office of the money person, where I was told the deep cleaning & antibiotic would come to $1000! Sorry, it looked and smelled like a scam. I'm going back to my old dentist and will ask her for a "deep cleaning" My guess is I will get a regular cleaning for $100.

Dr. Biden is calm, thorough and competent. She has put my mind at ease over procedures that I’ve put off for many years. The office staff is amazing and take the time to make sure you understand all of your options and are willing to work with you with making payments. So far so good!! I have a root canal scheduled tomorrow with the endodontist, fingers crossed that it goes as smoothly as the consult, exam and X-rays did.

I saw the surgeon yesterday for an extraction, Dr. Kevin Xue. He was very, very good. Explained everything, listened, gentle...all good! I’ve been going to Aspen Dental for a few years and it truly has been great!

Waiting time was minimal. Staff was very professional and helpful. I was seen for an initial exam by the dentist. She seemed very willing to answer any questions I had. I will be returning to have a tooth extracted. More to come...

By far the most efficiently and appropriately staffed dental operation I've ever experienced. Everyone had specific job and did it well. "a model business". I have not yet had the "pleasure??" of having my teeth worked on by them, but they came recommended by one of my sons and one of my daughters who were well satisfied.
