I went here for 2.5 years with no issue, but the last time I went they didn't tell me my dentist was no longer there until after I had already had X-rays and was on my way to the dental chair. Also, they did not bother to mention that the new dentist does not take my insurance. They billed my insurance but they aren't getting paid. I tried to follow up multiple times but they don't answer the phone. It goes to the answering service no matter what time of day you call.
Never going back again trusted them for cleaning and a filling and all I have has is throwing gums throbbing tooth and will not call them about it nit touching me again
My wife and I both came in for an exam and cleaning. Our experience starting at the front desk to working with the technicians was both pleasant and professional. Dr Chouman did both our exams and cleaning. She's very methodical and thorough. Where else in this country do you get an old school cleaning and exam with the actual dentist. I can honestly say with well over a half century going to dentists, this was one of my best experiences. I paid 5x with other offices for a cleaning and exam over what I paid here in Nj for incompetent cleanings. This place gets my personal highest ranking. Thank you guys.
Was told on the phone I'd be able to get my fillings done almost 3 weeks in advance, and I come in to find out they could not. The receptionist says one thing and then the dentists say another. I called twice in advance to make sure I could be accommodated and they were incompetent enough to not check with me. I'd leave 0 stars if I could, never coming back here again.
Absolutely the worst dentist I have ever been to. Went there to have a routine cleaning done. The hygienist worked with me for a whole 30 seconds. I felt like she barely did anything. My teeth did not feel clean what so ever when I left. The dentist was practically yelling at me to keep my mouth open while she is stabbing me in the gum. She then told me I need a root canal? A couple reviews I have seen for this place also mention that they were falsely informed that they needed a root canal when they clearly did not need one. Please don’t waste your money here. Do yourself a favor and go to a real dentist that will actually care about their patients. This dentist was rude and rushed the entire time. She made me feel like I was an annoyance to her. They are only there to take your money.
This office does not care. It took months to get an appointment. When I showed up a few minutes early for my morning appointment I was told they would be ready "soon". 30 minutes later I checked back in and was told "they were running behind" and that it would be at least another 30 minutes. Hudson Valley Mall Dental will waste your time. Find a dentist that cares.
I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy to go to this dirty, unprofessional hole in the wall. The hygienist, who goes though the motion I definitely didn't get the clean teeth feeling at all. Waste of her time and mine. The dentist was no better in that she doesn't care to explain anything. Seemed "bothered. " That was my take, my feeling. I had my X-ray's sent to another dentist to do any further work. Horrible and a Hole in the Wall.
I’m going to say my big complaint is that they have no posted email address. It keeps them being being dealt with by oral surgeons. Good place though and I’m sure I’ll get it sorted out.
I had to switch insurance companies and this is one of the place that accepted it, so about two weeks later I ended up having a tooth break which caused an abscess, well long story short, I felt rushed thru the visit, I was seriously in and out with in 15/20 mins. The dentist was rude and didnt even ask if I had any questions or nothing. The staff was rude. Sent me to a surgeon who absoutly butchered my mouth. Never recommend anyone to go there ever.
Really Bad... I went there to see inflamations I had in my gums, the dentist took a look at the x-rays and said I had to make two root canals. I said that the problem was in the gums and she said “just answer what I ask”, she really didn’t want to hear what the patient was felling. So I went to another dentist and they helped me to take care of my gums and they made another X-ray that showed no rootcanal and only 2 cavities.
