Always get expert care and advice here. They are an enjoyable bunch of folks to have working in and around my your mouth. 
I don't think that they are the least expensive facility in town but they've always been very thorough and professional.

Horrible customer service from the office manager. My mother had a question about why they waited last minute to tell me about my insurance not being active. My insurance information & billing all go to my father's house, not my mother's (where I live, which I always tell them when I have an appointment), but he didn't receive anything either. I gave the phone to my mother after tell them that both my parents have permission to speak to them about my billing and received nothing but rudeness from the office manager. I've been going here since I was a child & there was another moment that I won't discuss at the moment, but it did ruin my family's thoughts. Steven Grossman & his son are very nice, but they need to do better with who they hire behind the desks. I also heard that if you leave a review thats one star, they drop you as a patient. After this, i guess I have to find a new dentist

Had a similar experience to the one below. Kingston told me that they no longer carried silver fillings for cavities and would have to fill with white, and that because THEY didn't carry silver filling anymore I would have to pay the $800 out of pocket difference as though it is my fault they have chosen to rake patients over the coals by only purposefully using uninsured fillings. After fighting with them and having a guardian call them and going through insurance it turns out they lied to me and did still carry silver filling. They are using this tactic to rush patients into uninsured fillings to make a profit. They have never put patients first. It's a shame to see them go the same route as Aspen.

Awful customer service so far as insurance goes. After explicitly telling the office manager that I only wanted services done that were covered by insurance, they decided not to tell me that they no longer do silver cavity fillings, which is what my insurance covers. Instead, knowing that my insurance didn't cover it and that I would pay out of pocket, they did several fillings in white, without telling me, without my consent, and after, once again, being told not to do anything that insurance wouldn't cover. Just terrible. Will not be taking my business back there ever again.

I wish I had  Dr Steven Grossman as my dentist growing up. He is such a compassionate person and Dr Matt & all the office personnel are just as caring.  I can truly say that after all my anxiety and phobias & how they helped me that they saved my oral health and my life.
