Kingsmen Pub and Grill

The food is great quality with good size servings. We have tried several menu items and found that everything we tried is good. Pretty decent atmosphere with friendly staff.

Wings were good... Lots of different sauces. Service was very friendly. I'd go again but it wasn't anything to write home about. Good screen presence if your game is on.

My husband and I ordered some chicken wings and house nachos for the first time from this restaurant. Unfortunately the experience wasn't very good. The chicken wings weren't that bad, but they didn't have much flavor. The nachos didnt have any flavor and they were supposed to come with guacamole, salsa and sour cream. Well, none of the above were included in our order. I decided to call the pub, and the same woman that took my take out order answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager to which she answered that, she was the manager. I explained the situation to her and all she said is that, she was very sorry about it and that she wasn't the one who packed the food for us. My question is; if you are the manager aren't you supposed to make sure that all orders are completed and that, they have all the items they're supposed to come with? Well this "manager" she didn't even offer a free order of nachos or to give us some money back. Obviously we Won't be ordering from this place anymore.

My husband and I were eager to try out a new pub. However, although we were seated fairly quickly at Kingsmen, the wait staff then ignored us completely. After waiting 25 minutes without being acknowledged, we left. We were excited with their advertised beer list and their menu looked impressive. Alas, we will never know whether the food is any good or not, as we will not be returning. (Side note: There's a typo in large print on their website: WE CREATE DELICOUS MEMORIES.)
