Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

The quality of food at this restaurant is excellent and very tasty. Clean and well kept. Washrooms are also clean and looked after. There is a member of the staff named Mina who is a wonderful person and my family and I just adore her! We look for her everytime we visit the restaurant in hope she will serve us. This is the best Swiss Chalet to bring your family and friends.

Great servers but horrible managers. 2 years ago a young girl who worked there was very ill and had a seizure like episode during her shift. I was there with my family and witnessed it all. The young girl asked the manager to call 911 and I heard her say no because of the ambulance bill. Anyone who has a brain knows it wouldn't be the person who called paying the bill. I will never go here ever again, I've told many people about this incident and everyone is boycotting it. I can't believe what I witnessed that night. It was a very sad thing to witness. Don't go here. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. She could have died because someone didn't want to pay the bill that they wouldn't even have to pay in the first place!!

I am giving this place 5 stars, because for a Swiss Chalet, this is probably the best one I've been to. The service was really good and friendly, the food was well prepared and fresh. It's not gourmet cuisine, but you wouldn't expect that from a Swiss Chalet.

Went here not expecting a whole lot as I feel the quality has gone down but the fries were really crispy !! And fresh food was great but service not so much

As all Swiss Chalet’s...great chicken! However, the waitress “Mina” is the BEST!! Make sure you ask for her!! She is the reason that we really come back!
