Bought a Honda Certified 2017 Honda Civic at Kings County Honda. I went there a few days prior to my purchase and Jon promptly came out in the rain respect and assisted me. He actually geared me towards a newer less expensive car with less mileage too and without pressure I had opted for the older model myself, with more features. Jon made me feel comfortable and spoke openly about what I had in mind for a purchase. I took it for a test drive and then was assisted by Shayne and Jason as Jon had to step out for the afternoon. Both were fair and prompt at earning my business and having me leave a happy and satisfied customer. Kim in finance was also fantastic to deal with. My recent encounter at Kings Honda Kentville was deeply disappointing. The dealership offered an unexpectedly low valuation, extremely lower than scrapping my vehicle I would probably get $1500 just by selling my tires and rims. He could just have a look at my van before the offer. Exercise caution when dealing with this dealership to avoid similar frustration and disappointment. Really disappointing
