Story

Originally founded by owner Jack Parker to install C-band Satellite dishes to bring television to the valley, the company has since grown to include installation of satellite television through Shaw Direct, satellite internet through XPlornet, and a retail store meeting various technological and computer related needs. Services available in the store include computer repair, cell phone repair, car audio installation, remote start installation, and after market upgrades such as heated seats and cruise control. New computer and equipment sales also make up a large part of the in-store business. The company has expanded further in recent years to heat pump sales, carrying mainly the Senville lines.

I am 76 and not very swift with Tech stuff...I love my Stream Box from Parker's ...their tech people Logan for Androids and Joel for computers are so patient and helpful either in person or on the phone...I send all my friends there as I was the first one to get a box and my previous computer person was not patient or helpful or fast. I would give them 10 stars if could.

After losing my Word and Quicken Programs and spending a  sleepless night worrying wondering what I was going to rectify the problem I went into Parker Satellite & Tech  Shop and was seen right away (10/10/17). The technician was friendly and helpful and got me back on track in a very short period of time. So glad I found you. Thank you, thank you thank you!

Horrible customer service, been getting the run around for 2 weeks now to get Shaw direct hooked up, every time I call they have a different excuse why they can't hook it up and never get back to me.
Well deserved 1 star rating. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

It was a father's day gift for my husband...the clerk was very friendly and no question was too stupid he was very helpful
