Bought my first car through you. The experience was great. What I am disappointed in is the service. I bought a 200, 000 km warranty to ensure that I wouldn't have to pay additional dollars. When I went to show my rust spot, they said that it was not covered. I have't been back since.

I contacted Kentvilel Toyota as we were looking for a RAV or CRV and I had bought an Echo there a good number of years ago (a great experience). A fellow named Wade Tibbo returned my call & was beyond helpful in trying to find a vehicle within our price range. He followed up with a good amount of time and I knew if we could find the right vehicle , I would be more than comfortable driving form Halifax to Kentville to deal with Wade. He was never pressuring & I felt he really was trying to help us. So, even though we ended up finding the vehicle somehwere else (comes down to availability and timing), I want to give huge Kudos to Wade for his sincere, personal & non- pressuring approach & obviously to the leadership at this dealership. I would recommend delaing with them, no matter where you live. Finding a car/suv does not have to be a stressful, defensive experience !

Sleazy sales team. Using oldest tricks in the book to trap the buyer in a deal. Felt lied to and manipulated. Walked away from buying a car I really liked because I realised I would remember my negative experience with these people every time I drove the car. Eventually did buy a Prius - from the Yarmouth Toyota dealer where I was treated with respect and my questions answered truthfully.
