Got a great used  car I’m very happy with . I don’t thing they liked my old ride and advised me to sell it on line. Was a good choice got 3+ the times more $$$ for it . Easy to deal with no pressure .

Was here today looking for a new vehicle to buy. We took a couple for a test drive and the vehicles that we did drive, there were some things that we just didn't like about them but that's not the fault of the establishment. They have a wide selection of vehicles and my mother recently purchased one here as well and she has nothing but good things to say about them.  I was very pleased with the quality of the customer service and although they didn't have something on the lot that I was comfortable in, they have something coming in a day or two that I will be returning to see.  Because we are here in the valley it is sometimes quite hard to get honest sales people and good customer service. I am pleased to report that I found my salesman to be quite honest and very helpful.

I had nothing but great experiences with Top Notch Auto. Unfortunately, used car inventory is low everywhere, but Dave and Katie are wonderful to work with. They gave me a fair deal on my trade better than anywhere else I looked and were very professional, personable, and real. Thank you to the team at Top Notch! You guys rock!

They have a good, varied seIection of vehicles. I bought a 2017 CX3 from TopNotch in March. Purchase and financing went smoothly. I did have a couple of issues/concerns after purchase but I have say they were promptly resolved without any hassle.I had worked in the car service industry for 25+ years and was quite pleased to see that the owner of this dealership takes pride in providing a great customer service experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Test drove an AS IS Element and had it looked at by pro, rotten frame. Tested 2017 Subaru with 158,000kms to negotiate $, 'D@v€the boss' "mansplained" why he wouldn't budge on $ because he's been selling for years... Walked out to spend my money eleswhere. Sales reps were nice.

I had a very bad taste experience with Top notch used cars centre. I don’t believe they are a good reflection of the Canadian business culture anyone genuinely looking to buy a car should associate with. Such company are high risk to the society and business community cos they lack integrity and openness.

Bought a KIA Optima EX here last June 2017.  Vehicle was in excellent condition and the sales folks were easy to deal with; a no pressure, no hassle purchase.  The KIA continues to perform perfectly.  Top Notch II are highly recommended. And now January 12, 2018 we have just purchased an additional vehicle; a Honda CR-V EX-L which was in fantastic condition.  Once again, the sales staff were both helpful and accommodating.  Again, highly recommended!

After a recent MVA on the highway I was looking for a new vehicle. I stopped cash in hand by Top Notch Auto Sales in Coldbrook and was extremely disappointed in the service that I received.  When I arrived the salesman did not acknowledge my presence until I initiated contact. When I asked about cars on the lot he said that some of them were not owned by the company and had to "figure out" a number to contact.  I asked about a vehicle that did belong to the company and he informed me that the battery was dead. We walked out and he told me little-to-no further information. I had to suggest a boost to get the car going. The sales person did not provide a dealer plate and did not allow me to take the car for a test drive.  I decided to leave as it really felt like I was inconveniencing this man he mentioned another car that they had coming in.  He didn't have any info on the car and promised to call me. I expressed interest in the car. This is two days later and I still haven't received a call.  I happily purchased my new car elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Top Notch.
