I recently bought an SUV from Spencer at Bruce Mazda and I tell yah! It had to have been the best and easiest decision of my life. Not only did Spencer have the patience for about 2/3 weeks of my shenanigans and all my questions but not once did I feel pressured or talked into a sale. I would and will definitely be buying my next car from him so fingers crossed he will be there still in about 10 years. And I also have to give my hat off to Brianna as well. She answered all my questions, was available for my anxious questions and always responded with a reassuring answer. She also let me walk out with baked goods she had made. All in all I had the best experience at Bruce Mazda and it made the stress of finding the right vehicle so much smoother and enjoyable. I highly suggest if you’re in the market for new wheels to give them a visit!

My recent encounter at Bruce was deeply disappointing. The dealership offered an unexpectedly low valuation, extremely lower than scrapping my vehicle I would probably get $1000 just by selling my tires and rims. Their staff were notably persuasive about taking their vehicle instead, very friendly. Exercise caution when dealing with this dealership to avoid similar frustration and disappointment.

The service I received at Bruce Mazda from Anja and Brianna was top shelf! This is our third Mazda from the Bruce dealership and the team there is always so kind and helpful. Thank you!

They the service and parts departments have treated me and my rust bucket very fair. No Complaints in my two years plus of getting work done here. I haven't bought any vehicles so i cant comment on the sales department too much, i just got a quote once. they seemed alright, no pressure!
