The service was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out without any hassle. They took the time to explain what was done and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and feel confident bringing my car back here for future services. First off I’m a huge Mazda fan. I had a really bad experience with Bruce Hyundai less than a year ago with my wife’s vehicle. So was a little reluctant with the Bruce auto group. But I’ve had great experiences with Mazda in the past and absolutely loved my 2018 Mazda 3. So I decided to give Bruce Mazda a chance. I had a great buying experience Dylan was amazing he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and made it a very pleasurable buying experience. Brianna was awesome she explained everything in a very clear way. This was the quickest I’ve ever bought a new car. Dylan and Brianna are great assets to your dealership.
