I’ve been going here on a regular basis for well over a decade. The owners are awesome and the staff are always friendly and efficient. If your a chocolate person like myself, I recommend the Mint Chocolate , or the Coffee yogurt ice cream. I will admit, sometimes I go to West Ed Mall only for the Yogen Früz.

If you like treating yourself when at West Edmonton Mall, there is no better place to go, than Yogen Früz. The yogurt and fixings are fresh, staff are super friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate my “Special Request”. I realize it’s difficult to make everyone happy, but the owner is very cordial and will always do his best to “make it right”. Our entire family of 8 adults love going to this place.

Place is ran by very nice people. Honey Green Tea is absolutely delicious, it was made perfectly. Their Wintermelon tea is a must try!! Best Wintermelon tea in the city! Their frozen yogurts are always super yummy too! Cherry is my personal favorite

Truly enjoy a basic yogurt blended with their fruits but I tried the Oreo yogurt smoothie today and it definitely didn't look like the picture as advertised because the person who made my smoothie blended it so much, it became murky grey and slightly warm whereas the advertised picture is white with some Oreo chunks.

Love me some fo yo there isn't enough locations so when I see one I always stop

I went to Yogen Fruz yesterday and my experience was superb. First of all the customer representatives I wish I knew their names were extremely courteous, friendly and welcoming. They were honest what was kosher at the store. Their service was quick. when we had a small misunderstanding about the topping for one of the ice creams due to noise and mask, they were willing to discard the item and give me a new one. when I insisted on taking the ready item, they didn’t charge me for the wrong topping even though it was partially my mistake. It is not about a very small fraction of money, it is about the attitude. Their positivity and niceness has won my heart and I’ll definitely visit them again.

So delicious. Very clean work space and very efficient for just one worker. Took our orders and remembered special requests. Highly recommend. I will be back

Used to give you one of you didn’t want it in the machine. Always got it like that. Lady argued with me and aware she never did it in 11 years. Horrible horrible will never ever go back! Strongly suggest you try something else over this money making place that doesn’t care about customers!
