DQ HOTDOG Amazing and Simple, but Absolutely delicious. The staff here is great! THEY’RE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. Very friendly and it was very quick and easy order process’s I was able to see how my hotdog was put together without any fuss. The place is clean and honestly shout out to the friendly staff. Seeing everyone interact with all their patrons, everyone is friendly. I really enjoyed ordering from this place. Perhaps I’ll order other things but when I’m craving a a hotdog, instead to going to New York fries, I’ll come here instead. Thanks again!!! Wonderful service, Friendly staff and Good food! What more could you ask for? Highly recommended coming here when your at the mall.

I work in the mall and rely on the food court here to provide lunch. Everytime I have gone to the dq here I have been severely disappointed. Yesterday I ordered a large rottisserie chicken bites. If that was a large then the regular must be 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken smaller than my thumb. Cuz that’s what I got. Definitely not a large. Definitely heated up in the microwave. Not even properly fried. I’ve worked good service. I know microwaved chicken from fried chicken. If you want a good meal go to the a&w

I was there today and a girl was working who was a trainee I noticed at the end by the name tag. Her coworker was on a break I believe came out after a few of the people ahead of me were served just by the trainee and she was working the till and drinks quickly and efficiently. She was very cheerful when taking my order and made my blizzards perfectly after I had asked for some customizations. I was very happy with my service there today

Best Blizzard I've had in years. I ordered a medium and she accidentally gave me a mini, but didn't hesitate to rectify the situation... And the blizzard was mixed ALL the way through to the bottom with plenty of Smarties pieces... Great experience

I am not sure if she was the manager or not, but it sure looked like it. She was swearing and complaining about having to stand and being sore. This is not professional behavior. Staff looked terrified just to be near her. Take a break? Do anything other than swear around customers and maybe treat your staff better so they can stop looking like they want to escape a prison.

I went last Monday or Tuesday at the Southgate and ordered orange Julius and then I was surprise they didn’t make me the freshone.. instead they like to give me the one been sitting on the counter .. the filipina girl she’s so rude as a customers service..

This has got to be one of the worst DQs in edmonton. I ordered a chocolate extreme blizzard with no brownie chunks... and i got a cup full of chocolate ice cream, thats it. when i asked where the other mixes were, the lady had no idea what i was talking about. My friends both got brownie earthquakes or whatever they are called and they both had barely anything on them, 99% ice cream... this location is terrible, find another one.

This DQ is in southgate mall right across from the apple store I have visited this DQ a few times and always been greeted by a friendly staff and always had fast service. The food and icecream from here is top notch
