Kim's Tofu

A small Korean restaurant. The dishes are generally good. Price is good too. Fried Dumpling is crunchy. Pork Cutlet is a bit too dry and we don't like the sauce. Good potion of meat in Bibimbap. Tofu is excellent. We didn't like the side dishes. Staff is super busy when we visited but she is still friendly.

This is an amazing family run Korean restaurant. It's tucked away in the center alley of this plaza. We have been coming here for years and would say it's probably the best in Richmond Hill for soon tofu and bibimbap. It has a very focused menu and I always order the bibimbap with no meat or the vegetable soon tofu. They also have some small items for purchase. Vegetarian options: They have a vegetable soon tofu and you can also ask that they hold a beef on the bibimbap. Parking: There's ample parking in the plaza

It’s a nice little Korean restaurant serving mainly the tofu soup and rice in a hot stone bowl , if you are not a fan of soup, there are other items such as bulgogi beef on a hot serve plate and pork cutlet. Food was nice, will come back!

I was here with my little boy to grab a quick dinner today. First time for us but we love dol sot bab so we gave it a try. We ordered one dol sot bibimbab i love it it was really good. It took little time to be served though. And my boy had a soon doo boo with dumpblings with white soup with no spicy. I like how you can chose the level of spicy. He liked it alot he ate so much. I will definitely come back too try some other food. I pass by here but never noticed this restaurant before.

Cash over $30 is 5% off. Ordered take out. They ran out of some side dishes and apologized. I had to ask to get more of the ones they had as a compromise. The pork bone soup was boney and slightly dry.

The Tofu is very smooth! All food so yummy! You see, I finished it allservice very nice too!

Nice hearty soup on a wintery day. Was a bit disappointed with the seafood soup. The oysters were so tiny, I had to ask if it was missed. The server explained that they chopped up the oysters to give it flavor. Next time I'll order the original instead, it has everything plus beef.Food: 3/5

Regular spot for me, the family that runs it is absolutely amazing, the food is incredible and the prices are still great amid all the inflation. Bulgogi soup is my go to dish, warm, sweet and savory, it’s like a warm hug on a cold day. Probably the best soup in the area. They also have the best kimchi I’ve probably ever had. I regularly buy the big $9 container to take home. Love everything about this place and I always tell everyone about it!

The food is good and filling but service was extremely slow. Came today during lunch, and ended up waiting 1 HOUR for our soup to come, because they misplaced our order ticket. They did not even notice until we complained about the long wait . We were very frustrated seeing multiple tables that came after us getting their food before us. The waiter apologized and noted they were understaffed, which I empathize with, but that doesn’t excuse losing our ticket. Plus, no discount / free meal to compensate for our wasted time. The waiter basically said “don’t come Friday for lunchtime” but we made it before the lunch rush so no excuse. Won’t be coming again any time soon
