Killarney Lodge

This place is AMAZING! Our cabin was extremely clean, and private. It had a private dock and it's own canoe. The food was truly exceptional and there were great options for a variety of pallets. All of the staff seem very happy to help us in any way they could. The lake was a great size to spend a few days exploring. We took our lunch to go on our last day and ate it on a beach across the lake. We saw many geese, ducks, turtles, and frogs. We also saw a moose a short drive away. It was extremely easy to get to. The only drawback, is that you can see highway 60 from many of the cabins. You do notice the sound of traffic during the day. At night there was no noticeable traffic.

Fantastic food and the restaurant gives you a real sense of what it was like to visit a lodge back in the day. Staff was incredible as well

Always well treated and respected by owners and staff alike. These folks go out of their way to treat guests like kings and queens and other VIP...Always accommodating and friendly. Rooms are well maintained...The lounge is spacious enough to hold many for fun and games when weather keeps guests indoor. Located centrally on the highway 60 corridor through the park, gives guests great ease in hiking, biking or canoeing the local trails. Animals abound if not too noisy on the trails...Have seen moose, snow shoe hares, herons, loons, chipmunks and red squirrels galore along with seeing tracks for bear and wolfs. Highly recommend for a one of a kind vacation experience... Don't forget to watch newbies trying to take their canoes into the wind at either of the local portage stores...Always interesting to "watch them learn the hard way!"...

Been going for over six years now. Could ask for a more comfy home place to be. The food is always outstanding. The accommodations. Couldn't be cleaner or more comfortable. The Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and at home!!

Killarney Lodge was my favorite place to stay during our recent trip to Ireland in May 2017. Antique furnishings and a warm fireplace greet you at the door the minute you arrive! The lodge has so much charm and character I would definitely stay here as often as possible! The owners and staff deserve 6 stars for superior service! The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are 5 star hotel quality. I would recommend to everyone traveling through Killarney to stay in this lodge. You will definitely be impressed with this charming place and it's location. It's like having your own Downton Abbey !
