Not the best location. Old. Slow service. Poor service. Waited 5min with no-one I the store to be served. The new coleslaw sucks. I miss the creamy green stuff. The combo selection sucks. Have you noticed the change in the size of the pieces of chicken. They now pass off one rib cut into two pieces as two pieces of chicken. Is this an economic decision to sell one piece as two? Or is it an effort to make the calorie count lower? Either way you now have to buy six pieces to get an old style three piece meal.

Called to place an order of 20 hot wings. They said it'll be 10 minutes. I got there. Waited 30 minutes. They forgot to put it in the deep fryer. Waited another 20 minutes for them to actually give me the food. I don't know why I had to wait an hour for 20 hot wings. But atleast they gave me a free small fry!

The manager was being disrespectful to one of his female staff members. Another female staff member had to come between them to keep it from escalating. The chicken was good. Didn't like the manager though....

Some of the staff are really nice, others are downright annoying with poor customer service skills. Generally they get your order right, occasionally forgetting items. I've been personally asked to give a glowing review of a worker by said worker after getting horrible customer service, overall its what you expect from a modern KFC. Nothing like your childhood's finger licking good chicken, but not down right awful.

Service was very slow. Tacos were made and left sitting there to get cold for about 8min before the fries supreme was even started. They lost track of my order and I watched another girl wait over 5min standing at the counter to order before she was even acknowledged.
