The best place to get pizza and slices. The customer service is always amazing, even when they're busy they make an effort to let you know when your pizza will be ready. They are also very clean. You can tell that the staff is well trained and that Sam (the owner) knows what he is doing. 100% recommend this to any pizza lover!

walked in to get a pizza was told it would take 20 to 25 minutes. walked out and came back 25 minutes later pizza was not prepped yet! when I questioned Sam (the owner) he replied with "so, we are busy" I then told him his attitude was unacceptable he told me he wasn't going to make my pizzas. He then walked around his corner and got up to my face like he wanted to start a fight. I called head office and they tried calling the store but Sam was not answering their calls. finally got my pizzas over an hour after I first walked into the store. as I walked out of the store we heard and saw Sam talking about us to other customers. Sam, you might want to take a class and learn how to speak to customers

An amazing experience! Sam and his team are friendly and timely! The pizza was absolutely delicious and the facility was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back!!!

Really good quality pizza! Best pizza place in Richmond Hill. Customer service is excellent! Would recommend this place to everyone I know.

My fav pizza. Been going here for over 10 years, the owner sam makes the pizzas with love and care. Highly recommend it to all pizza lovers
