Story
Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

one of the best Swiss that I know, we always go to this location but have tried others. great for the kids and the service is always great . it is the older design since we have seen some new designs slowly changing the chain. we like the design of this place and it feels very relaxing and home like
can't say anything bad about it

I actually have a Swiss Chalet in my town but I make the 45 minute trip to this location because of how superior it is. There are 2 servers Julia and Mary who are amazing at what they do and make the experience that much better. The food is great and the restaurant is very clean and well run. Definitely recommend this location.

It's so much better to eat inside than eat out.. The quality and presentation of the food is night and day. If you want to eat in it's 4 stars and take-out is 2 stars. You also get much bigger portions...almost double eating in.

Would give this location zero stars if I could. We ordered via phone for delivery one night and waited for it to arrive... After an hour I called "customer service" and inquired about my order... They called the restaurant and was told there was a no time guarantee... Rediculous. Trust me, I understand things can go awry, but don't tell me you have no idea when I'll get an order of food. Get your act together.

Hit or miss. During non-peak hours for take-out, it looks like the fries are scraped from the bottom of the bin - they're short and dry. I've seen this on several occasions. Best to come during peak times if you're taking out.
