Disgusting food 60$ for 10 piece meal wow chicken was size of wings, drum was bigger then the reg piece that usaly the drum smaller 5 popcorn chicken is size of the chicken i got in bucket and also put 3 of the chicken together and that was size one normal piece with 3 of the chicken it show how small each piece was none sense worst food ever waste of 60$nnAlso tasted like old chicken very dark like if oil was old or chicken was over cook none sensennWent back in to ask lady at cash was nice the one who making food real B””” did not wven want to switch anything or give me normal chicken for what i paid for lady at cash said crispy was bigger so i ask to switch to crispy the lady in back said no cause open ok i understand but not right for customers to get chicken size of wing when wee pay for normal size piece anyway bad food services and lady in kitchen need change her attitude and deal with this issie betternnWhat a waste of money kfc especially that location for no helpnnChristine

Bought 10pcs of KFC FRIED CHICKEN MAY 15 2024. When I got home all i see is SMALL CHICKEN!!!! LOOKS LIKE THEY GIME ME OLD COOKED CHICKEN!!! THEY ALL SO SMALL LIKE A HAND OF A BABY!!!

Place is dirty, hot, parking lot area looks bad maintained. Have been there couple times and no KFC, only popcorn and wings.nIf you show up after 7pm and the chicken is done, they won’t cook more.nIt’s like going to Tim Hortons and they tell you there’s no coffee.nI asked an employee today about them not having chicken at night and she said they have to cook a lot of them and if not sold they will have losses. So the company wants it this way.nI don’t agree with that but can leave this review for the company to see that I gladly buy my food somewhere else if they don’t have any. Snooze, you lose. I would be a happier customer if they closed doors if no chicken available.nAlso had been able to get chicken but some pieces are smaller than a wing. ‍nThe business doesn’t operate like the ones just one hour away in Ottawa. Maybe they should be trained there.

I visited KFC 827 McGill St recently, and the food was incredibly fresh! The chicken was juicy and crispy, and the service was friendly and quick. Highly recommend if you're craving a tasty meal. I’ll definitely be back!
