Overall, I can't fault the food. We haven't eaten at a KFC in years but I randomly had a craving for a popcorn chicken bowl. So I stopped in on my way home from work to pick it up. A few things stood out - like other reviewers have said, the place isn't overly clean which is important all the time but even more so these days. The menu items we wanted weren't on the menu, but comparable items were for nearly twice the price. I asked the cashier if they still had the items we wanted and she said yes - they just weren't on the board. I ordered our food, which came to $12 for the two of us because I asked about the dishes we wanted. Had I not asked and ordered from the menu, it would have been nearly $25. Seems a bit sneaky to me. Also, after paying and waiting, it turns out they didn't have the spicy popcorn chicken which she said they did so I found three packets of hot sauce in the bag. As I said before, I can't fault the food. It was quick and really delicious and plenty of food for two people. They were also kind enough to put my popcorn chicken on the side so it wasn't soggy by the time I got home. If you don't mind having a mediocre experience - this place is a good bet.
The staff was extremely slow I waited 5 minutes for someone to just come to the counter. When they finally arrived they had earphones in listening to music. Alot of customers ahead of me were complaining about the wait and it did take 25 minutes for me to get food. The employees would yell back at customers and they were extremely unprofessional. I understand some customers can be difficult but the employees were just as rude if not worse.
I haven't had kfc for a long time. Now I remember why. Chicken tastes like it was injected with water, dripping grease, $29.99 for 10pcx!! ..and to add to this, on a Saturday at 6pm, the whole staff were more concerned about the drive through then the customers at the counter. No one was watching the counter. They were all in the back! One staff had the nerve to tell me that they were short staffed! Total fail! Oh and also, you know when you eat leftover cold chicken the next day and its totally awesome....well I had to use extra hot sauce of the kfc chicken to hide the weird disgusting taste. Even the dog spit it out. How did kfc become so awful?. Dont reply to me. Your corporate speech is useless. You cant fix my total disappointement
The chicken tasted as always, fresh and hot. The coleslaw was quite good. The macaroni salad was disappointing, very salty and no flavor.
No no no ..Once again KFC has dropped the ball. Almost 24 bucks for 2 two piece meals and the chicken was soooo small! 3 bites and it would have been gone! Never again..smhFood: 1/5
I haven't eaten there in years and will not be going back. There was a small, dried up wing, drumstick and other little piece that I don't know what it was, in our three piece meals. Maybe because we used a coupon and they give you the garbage.Food: 1/5
KFC in Sackville,my husband and I enjoyed the food,we waited for 15 minutes or more,we wanted to eat in,drive through was getting their food more quickly than eating in..... We almost left,if we had to wait any longer!!
Today I order from here. Haven't had kfc in a few years and I knew it wouldn't be amazing but assumed it would be good..... like a guilty pleasure lol. I got a bunch of bones with a little chicken on it haha. Not like a few scrawny chicken pieces I mean literally Grey cooked bone with a small piece of chicken on it. I'll add pics if I can as I had to take a picture of this monstrosity lol. Never again in my entire life will I order from here.
The pieces of chicken are TINY this is an upgraded 3 piece...the two pieces on the left are supposed to be breasts. The two of them together make one breast! This cost $10-something! I will not be getting KFC again after this. Pure RIP off. Guess it's Mary Brown's for this gal.
My amazing wife decided tonight to get a treat on her way home from work. Six piece chicken gravy and fries. The absolute worst KFC experience,even after it's been going down hill slow for years. 6 small pieces of chicken that were unidentifiable except the two Cornish game hen drum sticks. The gravy tasted like somebody added hot dish water to it to make it stretch out. The fies were soggy limp and greasy. Thank goodness for Mary browns fried chicken and the new local Popeyes chicken.
