The worst BK ever, at least in three countries! 3/4 times, they take the order wrong; since it’s drive through, I can’t check what I have till I come home. I just want to have cheeseburgers with lettuce only. Just this. They gave me regular cheeseburgers with no lettuce in it! Why am I still going there? Because it’s the closest one but no longer!
I have tried to make it work here because I enjoy Whoppers. However they rarely have staff to wait on the counter or prepare food for orders. I have had wrong orders and had to leave due to unrealistic wait times. Drive through is no better when you have difficulty communicating your order. Stay clear.
Work customer service ever! Train your staff members to at smile say hello or atleast to reply when customer says thankyou even after receiving greetings from customer himself! It’d be better off to shut down business rather than running like this!
This has to be the worst burger King ever. I just ordered the mix and match, cheese burger and chicken sandwich. The guy said "I have to make the long cheese burger on a whopper bun, I asked if it'll have the same ingredients and he rudely said yes yes it will. I got home to find out that I have a chicken sandwich and another chicken burger with bacon which I don't eat and threw I'm the garbage. Tried to call the restaurant but they don't pick up. DON'T GO THERE, THEY ARE THE WORST
I actually enjoy Burger King as a rule, but I do not recommend this location on Sackville Drive, in Lower Sackville. The first word that comes to mind when I think of what I saw and experienced is "disorganization". When I walked in there was no one at the cash which is no big deal but I must have stood there for a few minutes before someone came to the cash. It looked like was outback helping the staff. Then after I paid for my order I must have stood there for 10 minutes watching other people come in and leave because no one would take their order. To be fair it looked like they had several orders on the go at the same time but so doesn't every other take out Restaurant I eat at. Because of the layout of the store you can stand there and watch them make the food which was pretty scary. They just kind of slapped everything together and I got the smallest little square of lettuce that I have ever seen and the burger was half falling apart in the bag so I had to piece it back together which is when I noticed the lettuce and had a little laugh. In hind sight I should have taken a picture because you wouldn't believe it unless it saw it with your own eyes. We dined in and the burger was almost cold, almost like the meat was being cooked in advance and being reheated. I am not sure but that is how it tasted. This location is actually local to me, but I will not waste my money there again. If you want a good Burger King visit the one in Bayers Lake, Halifax. The food is fast, hot and tasty.
Good food but they always get the order wrong. I often walked away with less than what I paid for via the drive through
9am, try to get 2 bkft sandwich, the place was deserted & service was slow and very unhygienic. Garbage cans are full & noticed only one person handling cash and making the sandwiches. Very eerie place. Do not recommend anyone to this Burger king
Don't eat at fast food very often but when I do I expect hot food. Well Iwe ate my burger as soon as I got it inside. Well it was cold not even remotely warm. Ate it anyway because we're in a hurry. Complained to shift manager afterwards and he did offer to make new ones but I already ate. I was still talking and he walked away from me! The manager will be hearing from me. Food is too expensive for it to be terrible. And bad customer service is inexcusable.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Whopper on Whopper Wednesday and they tried to charge me $8.40! I asked isn't it Whopper Wednesday and he said yes but the discount only applies if you buy and meal. That's such a lie!! I left the sandwich at the drive-thru window and went elsewhere! It's no wonder this location is always empty!
This place has really gone down hill they are always getting orders wrong there rude and the place is a sticky gross mess really sad as that was one of the best places now it's horrible And they don't offer to fix the order Won't be going back anymore Ordered a double burger only get a single
