We were driving to somewhere and re-routed to this place just because the mcdonald's app said this location opens 24 hours drive through. But don't be fooled guys they don't open 24 hours and both drive through were closed with garbage bin and cones.
Drive thru was quick and easy mid afternoon, got home and opened my burger. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but a hastily thrown together sandwich was a suprise nonetheless.
This store seems very unprepared and unorganized. I placed and order of 3 times and 2 of the 3 items I couldn't get AFTER I paid so I likely overpaid for what I ordered as much of the substitutions offered were cheaper than what I wanted. They don't communicate anything to customers. Took 30 min just for 3 items. I know its "McDonald's" so i don't expect above and beyond but this was a little ridiculous.
With the lack of space inside the restaurant for customers it mad everything feel crowded and loud. We ordered at the kiosk, but then the staff turned them off. There were people in line for the entire hour we waits from order time to finishing our food. It took 35 minutes to get our orders, and one had to he redone as they forgot the change to the toppings we rang in. I don't think I'll bother with this location again.
Place is a joke. Always has been, always Will be. 90 percent of the staff don’t make things right or cross contaminate, then again, they probably don’t care because they’re treated like dogs there. Dunno why people go there anymore, I’d rather go to Burger King and spend money. And that’s saying something.
The new decor is designed to keep people away from others with wood panels in your face blocking even looking around inside the restaurant, Bolted tables and chairs, no play zone for kids anymore. No real service anymore, one actual cashier and just big tv screens in your face to order at. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Lettuce on burger had gone bad went through drive thur and brought it home to my 5 year old granddaughter. When I opened it for her it stunk took off the bun and sooo much big Mac sauce with this rotten Lettuce. Wasn't worth the drive back would have to wait indrive thru again dinning room closed most days so just won't go back.Food: 1/5
Mc Chicken bun hard and weirdly shiny. The chicken patty was so small it should have been a slider a 1inch bun only all the way around the meat. The lettuce was brown as well. It was a waste of money and not up to McDonalds historic standards. Very very aweful. Sad to see a classic destroyed. No pride in the product.
Drive thru is a painfully slow experience, especially later at night when the dining room is closed. Need better system to stop idling vehicles and get more customers, win win!Food: 3/5
This Chicken nugget was not happy that it was about to get eaten. It’s a McDonald’s, food was as expected.
