The buttermilk biscuits are delicious! I went through the drive through purchasing: boneless bucket, hot wings, large gravy, and buttermilk biscuits. When I arrived at the window, the server was courteous and friendly. After I paid he informed me the hot wings would take 6 min. Overall I was at the window for 12 minutes! Which is amazing for all the food I received. Would recommend!
Bad. The last 4 times I was there the chicken has been terrible. I had hoped it was just a bad day but nope, consistently bad lately. The 2 pieces of chicken I got in my last box were much like the previous orders. The skin was dried out and crispy on one side and the opposite was mushy like it had sat in a pan for 2 hours or more. So bad I had to throw it out. Not cool, but enjoy your review.
Worst KFC I've been to. Chicken is always greasy, always a 20 min wait if you want white meat. Given multiple chances but yesterday was my last. Past visit I ordered a Chicken tender box and what I got were not Chicken tenders but chicken strips out of a box from a grocery store. Staff is very unprofessional. They laugh at you when complain or they don't understand you. No customer service skills at all. ZERO STARS.
Good food but when I told cashier what I wanted she changed it to a box meal when I said I wanted a spicy Big Crunch meal with popcorn chicken poutine . I gave up on trying to explain it and just took the box meal When I received my order I double checked too make sure the big crunch was spicy not regular like i had said multiple times but cashier said it was regular, I said no it was supposed too be a spicy Big Crunch meal and a regular original chicken sandwich combo but ofcourse I got two spicy sandwich combos and my boyfriend can’t have spicy so thank you for wasting my time and money . Won’t be back Please be more respectful to your customers and please listen to what they are ordering and saying not change it
Heading home from a weekend away we stopped for lunch at KFC. The drive through was quick and the server was friendly. We had the chicken burger with fries and a drink. Loved the crunch on the chicken and it was moist on the inside. The only criticism was a touch too much of mayo. Altogether a great experience.
Isn't KFC supposed to be the same everywhere? What happened here? The batter didn't look or tase like any KFC I've ever had. Not in a good way. And extremely greasy, but you get that in other KFC's also.
Worst experience after getting my order in just 30 seconds after i ordered omg they are giving customers waste food for their convenience I will not suggest anyone to go there …Thanks have a nice day guys
The very first worst KFC experience from the person on front desk/cashier..Idk what the hell was happening with guy jheothere,but still there was no service manners shown towards a client.I would never recommend this as a store you would visit...
John was very accommodating with our order. We got just what we wanted. He helped us with using our coupon and gave us paper plates for our picnic. Thanks so much John! You're awesome!
Fries were actually fresh and crispy. FIrst time I've had good fries at KFC.
