Every time i go in here the staff are extremely respectful and hard working. Many “sir”s and always greeting new customers. The owner should be proud to have such a mature staff. Sometimes the lettuce could look more fresh though haha
Normally I don’t do reviews on a Subway because what can go wrong. But this was definitely the best Subway we have been to on our trips through Canada and the US. The service was really friendly and the sub was the best we’ve had. Lots of ham and cheese and they even wrapped the halves separately which was greatly appreciated but not something that is normally done.
Had the oven roasted chicken breast on herb and cheese. Employee seemed to be new as it took them a long time to make the sub. Lettuce was turning yellow which told me they were not very busy. Had the sub toasted and it was so hard when eating it which tells me bread was not fresh as well. Tough to say anything bad but not sure what was going on today at that location. Lately all subways seem to be cheap on the lettuce and other veggies. I really hope this location gets it together as I don't want to have to go elsewhere next time I drive through.
Hinton Subway does not participate in online deals. Every other subway in a 300km radius participates, but Hinton is too cheap. You can now have lunch in a restaurant, being waited on for the same price as a family of 4 eating 6” sub meals. And they refuse to participate in promotions. See ya Cheapway!
I literally never review anything, but this was honestly the best Subway experience I’ve ever had. Fresh veggies/bread & there was no skimping on ingredients. I get the exact same sandwich at every Subway, and it’s never been this good - and it was made by a trainee.
The customer service here is excellent. We, a group of 4, had reached 15 minutes before closing, & yet the employees were so upbeat to serve us. They suggested several items to try! Loved what we ordered and were pleased with the experience. Best Subway visited!
I had a steak and cheese Sandwich was good had some diritos added on top loved it service was a little slow but nothing serious wasn't bad I enjoyed it the only rant i have is about the ricebiwl i ordered its seemed more like a veggie bowl way more veggies than rice wanst what I was expecting for got to take pics but as always a 3 for me but might be a 5 for you have good eats and see you next review

Really friendly, prompt service and they make excellent sandwiches with a good amount toppings.
Best Subway I have ever been to. The staff were super friendly, greeted every guest that came in. Service was fast and sandwiches were good. And it was clean and lots of parking.
