Veggie burger was okay not so great. It tasted tangy, felt like was eating pickles. Curl fries were great nicely seasoned. Entire meal was freshly cooked, fries were piping hot & crispy. Loved everything but burger. You guys need to either put less pickles & relish m or come up with different sauce than just mayo on burger for it to have better taste otherwise it would only taste like pickle. Overall Service was great, server on window was very polite. Just a feedback in case customer has to wait for food server must tell them wait time rather than just taking payment & leaving window until food is ready.
Called in the store to place an order for pick up around 7:40pm and the guy named BRIAN not sure if it was his real name told me that they are closed. I asked dont you guys close @8pm and he replied they were really busy so thats why they are closing early. Not sure if your store hours are till 8pm, can you close early just because you got busy. No greeting on phone when he picked it up in-fact his HELLO sounded like WHY DID YOU CALL, it was lil rude tbh. ZERO STAR.
Driving home from Vancouver on Sunday and needed gas and a bite to eat. Had A&W in mind but stopped at the Petro Can on the west end of town. Enter FATBURGER. I ordered the half pounder. I was told it would take about 8 minutes. WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!! Not only that both employees were very cheerful. AND I am certain that my burger weighed AT LEAST a half pound and it was DELICIOUS.
I just bought a buffalo hot chicken sandwich. It is so so sour that i am throwing it in garbage. Hot sauce is dripping out of it. Will not stop at any other fat burger ever again. Worst
I've come to this location multiple times, and every time the service has been abysmally slow if they were even open within their hours of operation. Disappointing and ultimately not worth wasting your time.
Overpriced. Food for 3 of us cost almost $100.00. Burgers were tasteless and the fries felt like they came out of the microwave. Milkshake was subpar but at least the pop was cold. The lazy poutine was awful. I expect a certain degree of crappiness from fast food in general but Wendy’s and A&W are superior for a third of the price. I’ll be asking for my money back. If you don’t have taste buds, this is the place for you.
Friendly service. Only 3 tables for 2 for eat-in at he moment. Ultimate Burger was served hot and very flavourful. I will be back.
Very kind and friendly staff, service was prompt and food was very fresh and well made. The chicken tenders were especially well done fresh chicken and light fresh batter. Photo is mostly eaten
There online menu sucks there's no prices so me and my wife ordered from another restaurant didn't waste r time with a fast food restaurant that can't be bothered to show there prices stupid idea !!!
Our family is normal such a fan of fatburger and the quality of its food but my word this place was so terrible and the service as well. There were 2 orders ahead of us their meal and Ours took over and hour to be served and when ours was served our fries were ice cold. The people behind us 2different orders also recieved horrible service and over an hour for their food. I notified the server of the cold fries and he said "oh ok" and walked away. After throwing half our meal in garbage I let the supervisor know it was unacceptable and people should have been warned about the wait time he showed very little interest at all. So disappointed.
