We are traveling through Canada and had been seeing this restaurant in a few cities. We decided to stop and try it out. The restaurant has a good variety besides just pizza. They offer salads and sandwiches as well. My wife and I both enjoyed what we ordered. I had a pizza and my wife had a sandwich. The service was great as well.
The reason I am giving this a 5 star, is because of Daniel, our server. Our party of 4 was not served at the same time. In fact, 2 of us were served 40 minutes before the third and 4th... so, our one friend ended up taking his food home instead of eating there. DANIEL was apologetic. They have some good vegan options. They accidentally put cheese on my vegan friends salad, and we had to wait for that to get fixed too. I do NOT recommend the cauliflower bites as they were soaked with grease and kind of gross, but we ate it anyway out of sheer starvation. They have a robot server named Kevin, which was REALLY cool. The supervisor, Casey, was also friendly and helpful. Great staff. Vegetarian options: Some options Stay away from the greasy cauliflower bites Parking: Loads of parking
BP Hinton #107 Timings are 11 am - 11 pm Checked with staff Hey All, As always Boston Pizza is always yummy and top notch when it comes to taste and food. We were travelling from Jasper to Edmonton and kids were hungry so we decided to stop here. If you order one adult meal $16 or above the KID EATS FREE. OFFER VAILD FOR MARCH MONTH ONLY. Our server was Emily who is great to help out with kids extended choices in their meals and deserts. If you are travelling by through this way, have fun. MUST VISIT GUYS!!!
My husband and I got here at about 9:30PM after driving all the way up from YYC. The server was friendly and welcoming. We got the 10” Royal Hawaiian pizza although I was skeptical about the ingredients since I was more used to the typical Hawaiian pizza which I found on the photo of the menu on Google maps, which must be outdated since I couldn’t find it on their menu in store - I attached a QR code where you can find their latest menu. We excluded the Gouda and it was great! Perfect amount of food to satisfy both of us for a late night snack.
We went on this BP ordered our food lady server Alishia gave us this nachos without serving plates and cutlery. Then she asked for IDs one of us didn’t have it and we went to our hotel 2 mins away to garb ID meanwhile other two of us who had IDs with them asked for if they can order food while we are bringing ID and asked for nachos to be warmed as they were so cold and cheese was not melted at all then she burned them and refused to take order from ladies who had IDs already. We came from 5 hours drive and 11pm very hungry and this is what we got as a customer service from this lady which was fixed by a manager afterwards who was very nice guy. But she ruined our whole evening. Food is great manager was great but never ever let ALISHIA take your order. Believe me she will ruin your great evening with her attitude. She Doesn’t even know C from Customer service.
Decided to treat myself to a large meal after being sick for the last few days. Why not use BP here in hinton for the first time, right? The spinach dip has the consistency of porridge, the spinach is black, and it tastes off. BAD. The overpriced potatoes showed up and I plowed through those after being disappointed with the dip. Not 'fluffy' and even though I don't care about 'fluffy' as long as there are no lumps it wasn't as advertised. Tasted ok, didn't taste like tinfoil? Then I got to the bottom of the tin and see they burned straight through it. Yay. The $23 dollar small chunk of 'meatloaf'? Cold. The cutlery and containers are the only things they didnt screw up.. Oh wait, they did.
Went for dinner with my girlfriend, sat while the server talked with another table. About 10 minutes before anyone came to our table only 3 tables had customers so it definitely wasn't a busy night. She ordered a build your own pasta with 3 toppings they forgot one, I asked for extra sauce. Find out on the bill extra sauce cost 1/3 what the pasta should have. A heads up would have been nice as you couldn't even tell there was extra. Only highlight was the robot, seemed like a great employee. It might have been drinking on the job as it bumped into some chairs and went to the wrong table so polite through. Dietary restrictions: Not alot for Gluten-free, cider for drinks but they were completely out.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! NEVER VISIT AGAIN!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! This is my FIRST time to visit Boston Pizza, I can't believe the service there could be that BAD. As a traveller, I didn't feel welcome to this restaurant at all. First of all, the waitress served us with a poker face and was unwilling to serve us. She never look at you when she was talking to you. I felt like talking to a robot here. After we got the menu, she was very IMPATIENT to ask us to order. When the food was ready, she put those dishes on the table with a very UNFRIENDLY manner. Throughout the dinner, she came at least 4 times asking us "how was the dinner tonight", I knew deep in her heart she just wanted us to leave ASAP. I would give zero star if I can and I won't visit any branch of Boston Pizza again if they are not fixing these staffing problem. ***I have never left such a long comment, thanks to this Boston Pizza waitress, she ruined our dinner.***

I ordered the "Big Dipper" for pick-up to take on the road Saturday afternoon. This is what I received trying to figure out how to upload picture... definately not a quality that I would ever order again..... I guess the roast beef shaving machine was out of order and quality control was in a staff meeting... If you order this, make sure you order it to stay, so you can send it back right away. Very disappointed.... 3 others that ordered as well on this order were also disappointed in the quality and quantity of theirs... we usually don't complain, but this time necessary
