KFC

It is the second time this year when I got food poisoning from the rice box at this KFC. The staf is friendly, they work hard, but they move so so slow ... definitely they need more people. Overall it is a bad customer experience... Later update:Well well welll... here again. For a reason or other I been back here, but I choosed to have a salad and a zinger burger, deep fried and fresh vegetables...right?! Not a chance! The corn was literally rotten.... Stay away from salads and rice boxes here!!!!!!!! Or just stay away!!!!

Tables and seats were clean and tidy. The floor, not so clean. Condiments were well stocked up. Food was warm rather than hot. Corn on the cob watery and spun on it's stick, which was not pushed in properly. Coffee wasn't made properly, the machine was obviously having an off day, again. Car park was well over half full, but not too many were inside using the seating. Maybe a lot of customers now use the drive through and park in their warm car rather than the cold interior.

Staff here are always great. Often we are accompanied by our dog sticking his head out of the back window of the car waiting for his chicken popcorn ha ha. Never had a wrong order. Food is always great

What a great KFC. I'm not from here and id consider driving back here just for the great KFC. The food was fresh, hot and perfect. Even the burger was put together properly like it was meant for display, not thrown together. Rather than wait at the counter we were told to sit down, and the table service was great. Lovely friendly staff, clean restaurant and amazing KFC. Id recommend this KFC to anyone within 300 miles as it's worth the travel.

Absolute joke of a restaurant. Staff can't count, you will always be short of wings/fillets, sides, dips etc. They can't even read a list of items and put those same items in a bag for you, there is always something missing, whether you go in store, drive thru, or have it delivered. Staff love to swear at each other very loudly as well no matter who can hear. At least they are consistent, hence the one star rather than zero!

Very poor to say the least, everything was cold apart from the coffee and the order was incomplete. Quite a large restaurant with plenty of seating and tables but only four tables were occupied at lunchtime which should be busier in my opinion I wonder why. Shall not be returning or recommending.

Staff wasn't interested in the customers queueing as they were happy doing the uber orders. Finally ordered after 15 minutes of being ignored and waited the same amount of time for my order. Staff weren't bothered about the tables that had left over food on them or the group of rowdy kids using the shop as a playground and being rude to customers

This KFC was very quiet when I visited in the evening. Staff busy keeping everything tidy and clean. Service was good and guy was polite. Food was good and hotFood: 4/5

Waited 20 minutes for food, then order was wrong. A group of lads jumped the long que and nothing was said, having the group of lads in was very intimidating and made me feel very uncomfortable indeed. Manager didn't want to know and was quite rude.

Fast service and good quality food. We've used this branch a few times and the food is usually spot on, we've had a single bad experience and they regularly forget to add the dips we ask for hence the 4 stars but on the whole it's pretty decent. I must add, the last bucket of chicken we had from here was absolutely outstanding, clearly fresh out of the fryer and cooked to perfection, the smell alone was mouth weathering. It reminded me of the good old days of KFC back in the 90s when the chicken was cooked to order so it was perfect every time. If they can keep up that sort of high standard I will be back to change this review to 5 stars for sure!
