This is a good choice for a quick bite. However, it has some room for improvement. Service was fine. The waitress knew her menu and she was friendly to deal with. She made a point to tell us the specials advertised in the window were now expired; but she would honour the offer. The decor was typical of this chain and this type of dining. Is this format tired, yes. Is that a fault of this location, no. We found the restaurant clean and well maintained. Hopefully, a refresh from head office is in the works. I would not deduct stars on this basis though. Where this restaurant became a three star experience is when it served me a bacon cheeseburger. My wife had the chili dog, it was fine. The fries were fresh and crispy. The margarita was delicious. The burger was not good. First, it was luke warm, and likely had sat on the counter too long. The cheese was not melted; but the lettuce was wilted. The mayonnaise was slathered on too thick and one dressing had an overwhelming garlic flavor that was off-putting. Even the bacon was old and soggy. It looks good in pictures; but fails to deliver flavor. So there it stands for me. Lots of potential here and a good choice to satisfy a craving for this style of food. They just need to QC the product a little better. I hope they do, because they are worth a try.
We ordered online. The online system was very convenient. It was Peter ready right when they say it’s going to be ready. I’ll be at tried wild wings. Many times. They have a fabulous quality of wings.
Tried today for the first time with my family. When we got our table, we were told upfront that we are not allowed to carry any left over wings and have to order drinks as well given wings were half price on a sunday. We even had to order a drink for our kid or we would not get wings half the price, really? We ordered 3 flavors and all were kind of sweet and similar in taste. When we asked the server that she could have given us recommendations so that we could avoid ordering similar ones, her reply "you did not ask me, so i did not tell you". Server was extremely rude from the beginning and we would never go back there!
Love coming here with the kids! Server is incredible! She has mine and the kids orders memorized. Food is great, manager is super friendly too. One of my fave places to go! Ps. Definitely try the chippers! Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here! They have mini melts for dessert which they love!
Food was actually quite good, above average in terms of wings. Waiter was very creepy and made weird comments about watching us and other people on the multiple cameras in the restaurant. Made me and the rest of our table very uncomfortable. I won't be coming back to this location in the future.
We ordered chicken wings from this place, I don’t think chicken was fresh it smells weird and I called the restaurant to inform them to check the expiration just in case but The restaurant guy started telling me it’s been two hours I picked up my food. Does the chicken gets expired in two hours. I am leaving this review for the restaurant because I think you guys are not taking feedback appropriately. Good luck.
Went for lunch.i ordered off the lunch menu . A burger and fries fries were good . Burger was looking good. I had to leave early and wanted to take my food since I didnt finish . It's normal to not always be able to finish food. The lady server started to say that I can't get lunch PRiCE special because i taking it out . Well I said iam sat i and ate and order in this here table and facility and i cant finish it . I have to leave . I said I'll talk the manager and waitress said he was not in . So anyways I Said I need a Togo box to take food Can I have the bill. She throw the bill hard on the table and was so rude.. Never ever come here . No service rude waitress. Shifty time .... getting hassled is not fun . How's was the tipping ..to waitress.. Bad place to go Terrible environment Scary place
The manager that is currently working at this location it's very unprofessional and treats his staff terrible. Will not recommend this location. The wings were not very good. Next door is Earls with happy hour 2-5pm and after 9 on daily. They are 5 star.Food: 1/5
They offer a 1/2 price wings on Wednesdays and Sundays? WITH the purchase of a drink, single pound only. Their wings weren't bad, but some of them were so covered in sauce they were difficult to eat. The burger was extremely thin and bland. And I spent $8 on Mac and Cheese bites that look like they could be purchased in the freezer aisle at No Frills. Everyone of the meals here are dinky and just not worth the price you pay.
Goid food but over priced. Alo wing specials is kinda point less you can onley get one order per person on half price wing day.. hints why the place ain't bussy.Food: 2/5
