The moment I entered this restaurant I didn’t have a good experience. The manager I dealt with in store lacks customer service skills. Came home to see my meal was absolutely disgusting I found moldy lettuce in my Cesar salad tonight. How do you see this and think it’s okay to serve this to customers?
Their chicken is the best I've ever had. The grilled flavour and the delicious sauces are so good. Love their new side-tumeric roasted cauliflower. Absolutely delicious. Very Keto Friendly- have cauliflower,coleslaw and side salads if you don't want the rice and other carby sides. Looking for to next visitFood: 5/5
A nice spot for lunch that combines a fast food style with sit down restaurant so it is fast but a much cozier atmosphere. Nice touches like a handwashing basin sink station and lots of hot sauces to try with your eat in order. Bonus real metal utensils. Tasty, juicy chicken. Quick drove from Cloverdale area.Food: 4/5
The chicken sandwich with medium Peri Peri sauce was very good as was the Cole slaw and mashed potato sides I had with it. The service was very quick and friendly. The fast food style seating was OK but not particularly comfortable, washrooms could have used a freshen up. In the future I would be more inclined to get the food to go. Wheelchair accessibility: There is only 1 handicapped parking spot which is not directly in front of Nando's.
Have been here many times, service is good staff are nice. Prices have gone up from what I remember. But what restaurant has not. Fires where good, chicken wings were good. I also got the cauliflower. It was ok.Food: 5/5
Just ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and a Caesar salad from DoorDash. First thing I noticed was my wrap smelling like it was burnt, you guys clearly do not clean your grill, not only the wrap but my nata tart also smelt/tasted burnt. You also gave barley enough salad dressing to cover even half of the salad. Not a good time whatsoever & this is coming from a SOUTH AFRICAN. Disappointing

First time at this location. Beautiful and vibrantly decorated patio. Decor wasn't bad in the main dining area. Excellent service and both dishes we ordered white and dark meat were cooked perfectly, so succulent and juicy. Nice selection of hot sauces. Clean and well maintained self serve area. Looking forward to visiting again.
The food was food but having to wait 30 minutes for my to-go order was ridiculous. People ordering after me got their food before me. When I complained about the wait, I was told it was my fault because I ordered chicken that had "Plain-ish" seasoning which has to e done separately. Don't offer something that you can't produce Nandos.
If a bit of heat is your taste choice...this place to eat is excellent. Delicious wraps, and great portion sized meals. The chocolate ice cream dessert is a perfect cooldown as well as soooo tasty. Easy to find location, right on the corner by the lights.
