by far the best fried chicken I had, the chicken is so soft, juicy and every bits of it is so flavorful. The mashed potato was delicious, I just cant have enough of it. The customer service is the store is amazing and friendly too.

They have great service, location and food. My favorite on their menu is the classic chicken sandwich. It is large and could be shared by 2 people. Get the combo to get a drink and 2 other item to be worth it.

This is my favourite place to have fried chicken in Canada. All of their food is Halal certified. The service that Popeyes provide is way better than their competitors such as KFC and McDonalds. This store has enough parking nearby for customers. I never had to wait more than five minutes to place my order. After placing my order, it took me only 3 minutes to get my food. They have some amazing bundle meals for customers such as $18 for 5 pieces of chicken with 2 biscuits and 2 coleslaws. The taste and quality is always good. I prefer their spicy chicken sandwich and friend chicken. There are two washrooms in this store. Washrooms are pretty neat and clean. There is Diaper changing station for anyone with a baby. Amazing customer service when compared to other fast food restaurants. The dining room was clean and well maintained. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes for our food and all of my food was properly in the bag, nothing was missing. Deepak greeted us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable and his team were making our food the best it could possibly be. Greatly satisfied with this restaurant would definitely go here instead of other places. 10/10

Excellent chicken! hot, fresh and friendly, excellent staff!!!! Thank you to all the staff that work hard making people happy by being accommodating, and friendly. The supervisor can’t remember his name but wow so nice and goes out of his way to make your visit pleasant. This is the place to go and have a hot fresh tasty meal, thank you Popeyes!!!!!!! Parking: Lots of parking, you can dine in as well, restaurant is clean, and everything is neat and tidy.

I love this chain but this is a horrible mismanaged location. I was served all old chicken. The service is always bad here but now it’s gotten to the point where the food quality is suffering due to staff that don’t care. As you can see from the discoloured chicken, it’s all old.

I came here for a late night takeout March 24,2023 thinking that they are probably closed already by 10:30pm. But to my luck they are still open and some few people still came in for a chicken sandwiches. When it was turn in line, I asked the lady on the front for a 8 pcs chicken only but when she checked the back she told me they only have sandwiches to serve. I politely told her that it is fine and I will just come back tomorrow. She then asked me if I can wait for about 20 minutes and she will do my order of chickens, I gladly said yes and apologized for coming in late and near closing hours. My order of chicken came in really fresh and hot. The other lady who gave it to me was so kind and told me to be careful about it. She went way above and beyond by offering me some gravy and fries as well. I was caught in between being shy or might be rude if I refused the offer. I would like to say thank you so much to the hardworking people working that late night shift from the manager up to the staff at the kitchen area. To the owner/ management of this branch you are blessed to have these people working with you. I hope you take a good care of them in return. And by the way the chicken still taste great! Thank you so much!

Cashier was very friendly and approachable. She made helpful suggestions seeing that I wasn’t sure what to get my family of 4. The food was warm and tasty. Store was clean and well maintained. Liked the variety of side offerings. Will come again.

Worst experience with the employees working at the Langley location. Last week, I ordered 6 piece chicken as we had guests visiting us and they gave us 5. Called them after we sat to eat and saw 1 less piece and the lady I don’t want to divulge the name apologized and said next time you come here we will make it up to you. I usually go to Popeyes almost every week. So, when I went there this week, I spoke to the same lady at the store and reminded her about last week. She immediately recognized me and said sorry and said I’ll give you extra pieces as an apology. I was fine with it and honestly it was not about the extra pieces, it was about the principle. I came home again saw they gave me less AGAIN. Both times she told me I told the guy to pack but he made a mistake. I don’t believe her at all. They are cunning. I would highly highly recommend to check your order and count to make sure you have what you ordered. It was not about chicken as I go there to buy and I’m capable of buying. It’s the employee unprofessionalism that I hate about this place. Very very bad training and no sense of professionalism at all. Period.
