Chipotle Mexican Grill

Clean restaurant with social distancing. The line was long. There was a great selection. The take out containers were hard to open and close. Good portion size. Delicious bowl No combo options. We look forward to coming back.

I generally love Chipotle, but this particular location is an on and off store. I have had great meals here in the past when visiting the area. Tonight, I had an off one and there is more off than on. My tacos were smashed into a ball and placed in the sack with lack of care. There was little meat steak. When I got to my hotel, I was disappointed. Not a consistent store for this venerable chain.

The Irrestible aroma drew me to this restaurant from the very far end of this shopping plaza. The line up was unbelievably long and winding but moved quickly. Lots of stools to sit on while in the line up. My experience was well worth it. I freshly cooked mexican style food. I had the NEW Pollo Asado Rice Bowl and all the toppings. So much flavour, I Ioved it. I also had the freshly chopped cilantro tomatoes mild salsa. I was impressed by stainless steel bar table tops and cushioned bar stools. The staff here as super fast and work together like a well oiled machine. I will be going back for the Quesadillas with hot melted cheese mmmm maybe get the "build my own". Fresh herbs, fresh guacamole, not everything has cilantro and not everything is spicy. I MUST HAVE THIS AGAIN!!! SO GOOD. Thank you Chipotle..see guys soon. Please follow me.

I was here at 845pm today, I watched the person in front of me receive plenty of meat chicken. I ordered the barbacoa and the amount of meat I received can fit on on this tiny fork, you pay extra for the more expensive meat and you get less, it's sad. One small bite of meat turns my bowl into a veggie bowl. If you want a bigger portion from this location, order the less expensive meat.

The staff here are absolutely incredible. I come here often, usually getting lots of sides. The staff take sure care to ensure everything is how I like it. All the while moving quickly, keeping the line moving. The staff are always upbeat, professional, and take sure care in their work. Always asking if how they are preparing the food is how I like it. Which is much appreciated. Such care to food safety is taken here, I'm always seeing them use thermometers on the line. The food is always fresh, tasty and the restaurant is always clean. So 100% would recommend coming here, this location especially.

Small portions. Lazy preparation. 3 soft tacos turned into a mush because why use 3 wrappers when you only need 1 right? Thanks for the mush. That’s what $23 worth of slop from chipotle looks like. Enjoy!

When we order food, we are putting our faith in that brand. I am a vegetarian and I had a very bad first experience with Chipotle, I ordered a veg Burrito Bowl and found out it had Chicken in it when I had a bite. I understand mistakes can happen but I am writing this to make sure the situation gets take care of and staff is more careful with food orders.

Food is usually good but this location seems to be often out of the main ingredients that go into the food that they have. Sometimes we have waited for the ingredients to be available and other times we have left. The other thing I would comment on is the portion sizes. Although usually consistent, have experienced almost 1/2 sized portions in the past.

I lowered my rating from a 4 to a 3 because the last few times I've been in they have either run out of items and/or not been as generous with the servings as they used to be ie what was a full spoonful without being asked is now a little over 1/2 a spoonful. They also don't seem as quick to get people served causing there to be an almost constant line to the door... Not sure what's changed over the last few weeks, perhaps staffing issues,, but it's definitely not for the better.

Chipotle is always a nice play to go. A combination of "junk" food but in a lot healthier way. Usually has quite a bit of parking. The line can be long sometimes, but it never takes too long to get through.Food: 4/5
