22.05.21 Update. Kitchen cooking equipment broken down meaning a 40 minutes or more wait for your order. Only two staff members serving at the counter. One member of staff taking orders at the till and also trying to bag up customer paid orders at the same time, whilst the other member of staff only bagging up delivery orders and shouting to kitchen staff what cooked chicken is needed or is missing from required orders. Theses two employees were working very hard to keep the service flowing, but with ever increasing orders and delivery demands it was becoming an impossible task. The floor space was packed with customers and delivery drivers. The drive through queue of cars was parked bumper to bumper right back to the traffic lights at the main junction. It is highly recommended that before you leave the KFC shop that you check what you had ordered is actually been put in your bag. Staff on my last few visits has not completed the request ordered, which was paid for at the till. You will only discover the error when you unpack your KFC bucket at home. You can't complain by phone and your only alternative is to drive back to the shop then and there. As your family are hungry they may not want to go back out to KFC to complain. So check your order before leaving the KFC branch. Clean place inside and well set out one way system for take away orders, whilst a second marked out serving location for delivery pick up. Well screened till location for payments by card. Second screened section for collecting your order by friendly staff. You may still order your required food orders at the two stand alone computer screens. Clean toilets available but tight for a wheel chairs access. Sitting in eating is now acceptable. Outside eating on bench seating is now permitted. Hand sanitizer available at entrance door, exit by offside fire exit door. Outside large free car park with disabled parking spaces nearer to the main door. Drive through ordering available.

Yesterday we dropped in for dinner with the family. Upon stepping in the door we noticed the unusual amount of rubbish scattered around. When placing the order the kiosk was out of paper and upon mentioning it to the staff the gentleman didn't seem to be interested in resolving the issue, the consumables station had no napkins, the gents toilet was out of action and it took them a good minute to get someone to open the disabled toilet. Our table was quite far from being clean. So thanks, but no thanks. If we'll ever want chicken again, we'll go elsewhere. Parking: 10+ parking spaces in front of restaurant and roughly the same amount next to it. Plus there are lots of parking spaces in front of shoping/venue complex next door.

Chicken not cooked properly. Serving staff were ok, forgot items though and needed prompting. Bins areas needed attending to. Wasn't busy when I was there 7pm Tables could have done with a wipe down.Food: 1/5

Worst KFC I've ever had. Bun was dryer than the bottom of my shoe, yet the piece of chicken was greasier than an oiled up sumo! Staff were just having a laugh. Drink was even warm. Dreadful. Franchise might as well pull the plug if you're not bothered. Stop taking people's money

Absolutley disguisting place went heae for some food and walked straight back out tables was full of rubbish and food floor was dirty worst kfc i have been

Stopped for a quick bite on way home due to traffic jam. Restaurant was empty, but still took ages to be served . The chicken wings were soaky and not cooked, the fries were warm and the coke was just ice water. Very disappointed.Food: 1/5

Take away to share with my daughter. Can't say I'm a lover of the skin on fries. Prices have increased as with everyone, so definitely a treat dinner rather than a regular dinner.Food: 4/5

Dirtiest KFC I’ve ever been to. We wanted to eat in, but there wasn’t a single table even close to being clean - every table was disgusting. Bits of chicken everywhere, along with a carpet of rubbish and greaseRecommended dishesRaw Chicken

Should have gave them 0 stars. Drive through service was HORRIBLE! The intercom lady never answered to us when we wanted to make our order, after waiting for long minutes there we continue to the window where she was, we had to wait longer until she decided to open the window to say to us that she COULDN’T take our order because they had more customers behind us, as if our time and money weren’t worthy enough to pay them! Really really BAD SERVICE! BAD MANAGER BAD INTERCOME/OREDER RECEIVER LADY!

Ridiculously slow service. Restaurant is full of delivery drivers sat at half the tables waiting for there food. Can't remember a time where I didn't wait 30- 40 minutes for my food. Deliveroo and drive through orders are prioritised make eating in an awful experience. Staff are rude and seem inexperienced. Restaurant is dirty and tables are greasy, Looks like it's not been cleaned all day with rubbish left on every table, all over the floor and bins over flowing. Complet heath hazard. I won't be going again.
