So excited another burger factory location has opened up! Had their flagship burger, the compressor which comes with 3 beef Patties. Had it with a side of fries and onion rings, as well as, jalapeño poppers. Burger was big, juicy and messy. The trifecta of characteristics of a perfect burger Just letting you know if you got this burger with a couple sides and another burger loaded with all the fixins, it will def feed a family of four! I couldn’t even touch the sides after finishing the burger. Love the bright interior, even when half their colours fall into a darker scheme, it’s still such a bright and vibrant place. The staff there were super nice and tended to me for every request. I have always been a burger factory fan, so you know I’m gonna be always trying to go to Amy burger factory location! Absolutely awesome! Best burger place I've been to since coming to Canada. A taste of home, Thursday team was amazingly professional. All their recommendations were on point! I will definitely be back! This place has it all!
Food is super delicious, the staff are incredibly friendly, and helpful. I got my order super quick it was fresh hot and delicious and the stuff seem very excited to be working here. I think they have a really good work environment and it shows with the quality of the food. I strongly urge anybody in the area to come in here and get a really great burger. Gluten-free options and vegetarian options are available and they seem to have a very good knowledge on how to handle them.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. WE WON’T BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! We decided to try out this new Burger Factory branch after looking at all the reviews here. Our experience, unfortunately, was not the same. Their service was awful & painfully slow to say the least. Entire food burgers, sides was given to us cold. And if this wasn’t enough, beef burgers were extremely over cooked and hard to chew & swallow. We told them once but our next batch was no different either. The staff seemed like as if they didn’t really care about our concerns and their half hearted apology really came across as meaningless. We have been to other Burger Factory branches in the past and generally our experience has been very positive there, including quality of food. Needless to say that we will not be returning to this branch again at least and would strongly advise others not to waste your money here either.
Phenomenal experience. Phenomenal service. Top notch food, atmosphere, and staff. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. I always take my out of town guests here, as the food is always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!
I had the classic cheeseburger it was phenomenal. The poutine was awesome large quantity lots of cheese. Thoroughly had a fantastic lunch. The ambiance is nicely decorated and very clean. Thank you Parking: Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get in.
Came with my friends and had a great time! The food was outstanding and the staff were patient and knowledgeable. Overall, we had an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend coming this this burger factory location.
