My friend just got a ride home to his house 4 and a half blocks away and paid $28. Outrageous. Total ripoff. Keys please suck. Never ever again.
Had a great experience on the phone with Keys Please. Spoke with Robin who was excellent, definitely recommend using this service based on their phone service alone.
Called at 11:15 and they arrived at 11:40. Got us home safe in a commercial vehicle. Could not be happier with the service.
$50 to drive 6kms is insane!
Other company said they could not dispatch because of road conditions. Called keys please and they sent A Car in half an hour. Good service.
I have used keys please 3 times now and each time has been a wonderful experience! They’re prompt, thorough, organized, and keep you up to date. From the telephone operator to the drivers, they are all exceptionally friendly and put me in a better mood with their contagious kindness. Also very good drivers!
