We purchased some new equipment for our kitchen and the service from crown was excellent from start to finish. The sales people were helpful with all our questions and managed to work within our budget for what we needed. The install was on time and smooth sailing from the time they arrived until everything was in. The delivery guys were extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done. Thanks Crown!
I run Champion Plumbing/JCBackflo Occasionally I need to repair or install faucets and other kitchen equipment. Crown has fair prices and nice staff. Today I visited to purchase some kitchen accessories for Christmas presents. I did notice there wasn't the trade discount on my order but maybe it's because it wasn't a new faucet or parts.. regardless Crown has been a great place to get commercial kitchen related items.
We purchased some bakery equipment from here via Russ. Our shop construction became much more complicated and took a lot longer than we expected but Russ was very patient and helpful throughout all this waiting. When we finally got our equipment delivered, the delivery people were really professional and got all our big heavy equipment through the narrow door without a scratch.
Nice presentation and great customer service. The guys are always helpful and knowledgeable. They have a variety of products and services, and Chris is always there to help. Thank you guys
Worst customer service. I went there and buy grocery cart and it was not fixed properly. I ask them and sales person was loudly telling her co-worker and customer that I am complaining for smallest thing. You do not need to intimidate me in front of others for asking customer service.
Outstanding customer service!! Russ delivered to my door in Canmore on a day's notice!! He was friendly and made the whole transaction easy for me. The products ordered was of great quality. Couldn't be happier to have chosen Crown Restaurant Equipment.
This place is an absolute rip off. They think they own the city with respect to restaurant equipment. People be smart take the time to shop around and online. I called yesterday asking how much the cost is for gas hoses and I was told between $276-$300. I show up and the cheapest one was $300.00. Customers you can buy the same gas hose with the complete kit any size from Amazon.ca for $50.00 less and you'll have your shipment within a few days. Vulcan fryer Crown Equipment sells for roughly $1900 the exact same one at Canadian Whole Sale here in Calgary is $950.00 Nick people work hard for their money have some decency buddy. All the rich die young.
Great friendly staff with great selection, lots of great stuff for the home cook who wants restaurant quality stuff. Biggest kitchen supply store I have ever been in.
Love this place! The go to spot for ALL food prep supplies. Great supply of pizza oven accessories. Staff is always cheerful and helpful. Not just for professionals, if you love preparing food this place is your new addiction.
Great selection of products and helping staff except for the older lady with the curly gray hair and glasses at the front desk on the right/North side of the door when entering the store. On a previous visit she was helping me and was vile, disrespectful and completely rude during that visit. At my visit my visit today I made sure to avoid her at all costs and still overheard her talking with and about customers in the same vile, rude and disrespectful manner. I hope that she is not the boss/ower or manager cause I would feel very sorry for the staff if she is. She makes all my visits to this otherwise wonderful store a dreaded occasion.
