They keep sending me a bill that has NOTHING to do with me just because I have the same last name as the company that owes them money. I’ve explained this to them yet they still send me the bill years later. Unprofessional customer service and very very poor attention to detail.
Has been almost a year that I emailed them 3x about getting them to fix my sign they made and just have been ignored, unbelievable. Maybe if they got back to me, I wouldn’t have to leave a review. Horrible customer service
What a great experience! No hassle art proofs and we weren't easy...LOL, great customer service and they got all 3 of our trucks decaled in same day. Thank you so much, they look amazing! We will be back when we get more trucks on the road :
