Registry At Marda Loop

I try to avoid this place ar all costs due to past experiences with unfriendly staff. Today, it happened again when I walked in. Young girl with dark colored tight curly hair sitting there to the far right staring at me and didn't say a single thing. I wish I got her name. Thankfully the gentleman greeted me and was pleasant.

The people rating this place poorly are just bitter. Its a registry. No one likes going to one. This place was fine. Yes, it still seems like COVID protocols, but it's a very small place. I didn't want to use an app, so I texted the number they had. Easy. They texted it was a 22 minute wait, but if was only 5. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the parking lot. Its horrible. Its a little strip of stores, with obviously not enough parking. They don't own the parading lot, but it is really bad.

Terrible service and incompetent staff. I came to pass my driver's license exams. I brought my Ukrainian driver's license and their translation and Ukrainian passport these are the documents the employee told me to bring I gave my documents and they told me "bring a work permit" I returned home, took the permit and returned back. I hand over the documents and they told me “where is your confirmation of the address?” Why can't you just say about the full package of documents!? These workers should be fired. This is unprofessional and a waste of people's time!!!!

Complete lack of communication on the staffs part. We went in on two separate occasions and both times there was no communication. All they do is push papers at you and tell you to sign. They don’t tell you what your paying for or signing for. I had to go back in after and ask why my payment was so high because the agent didn’t explain this at the time, he only pushed the machine at me. When I expressed this to the lady at the front all she did was shrug. I would not recommend this location. They don’t seem to care about anyone that they’re servicing. So much for government services this is very typical.

Parking is horrendous- better to park blocks away and walk if you decide to use this service. Will never go there again. Workers were rude to my 86 year old mother and would not help her get an identification card. They said “We don’t know where to get one of these”. Yet every registry can issue this.

The worst customer service, if this people at the registry can't be empathetic, better not work in customer service. After we re-registered and come back in they refused to help us at first because they thought they were cutting lines. They proceeded to kick us out until we explain that we had registered already. Another person took us in but we could literally hear him mocking us with other customers. I do not understand how a place like this is still in business. The audacity this man has is unbelievable and embarrassing.

If I could put a 0 I would this registry is absolute garbage. They mis inform customers about paperwork needed and do nothing but waste time. If you value your sanity and time do not visit this registry an absolute joke

They make you wait outside like a dog. No matter how hot or cold.

This used to be the goto registry of choice but now that they have gone digital and require me to use my phone to check in this place is trash. My privacy is invaded as a result. This should not be allowed. This helps push us closer to a digital ID and money. I will never use this registry again.

This registry has the worse examiner ever lol he criticized big time and he lied about me didn’t do full stop at the red light since there was 2 vehicle Infront of me how can I not stop I could’ve hit those cars if I didn’t stop ,! What a joke !!!! Get rid of your examiner name Rick! Don't do road test here !!!!
