One of the worst banks to deal with, They will tell you one thing and do another, Also if you need help they just refer you to their corporate number. What good is a local bank if they can't help you at the actual local bank? Will be switching banks as soon as possible I would avoid at all cost.

Patsy at key bank, didn't even listen to me the first time I talked to her. Informationlly challenged, doesn't know how to be professional at all. Says I don't know how to help you, just pay attention to your account, another account pulled money out of my bank account but still hasn't been represented in my online statement. Completely un professional! She was rude and discourteous, seemed like I was wasting her time talking to her. Not going back to that branch EVER!!
