This will be my last time using their service. I was told a certain price to do a job and I paid that, after the job was done, they asked me for $250 extra for a part that they said they bought. I know to myself the cost of that particular part is about 1/3 of that cost. I asked them for a receipt showing the cost of it wherever they ordered it from and I was refused. Something doesn't seem right and I am highly displeased. I don't mind paying extra if something is wrong, but where is the proof of the part or job being done?

My girlfriend brought her car here for an oil change and when she picked it up it had an exhaust leak from a complete break that was not there when she arrived. They also offered a quote for $476 to fix it. They claimed it had the exhaust leak when it arrived when it clearly didn’t, the car is was so loud you could hear it from a mile away. Clearly something happened to the car between drop of and pick up but they wouldn’t admit to anything. Just looking for $400 payout on something that wasn’t an issue to start with. Thankfully we got her car into a different shop: bus boys muffler shop, in auburn who were shocked at the leak and said there was no way that you could drive the car without knowing the exhaust was broken. They fixed the issue for less then $100 which just goes to show how trustworthy this place is. If you need anything done to your car go the bus boys muffler and save your time and money.

They do cheap mvi so they can say something's wore out or broken to scam you to make up for their cheap mvi. Never had an experience with them but by reading the Google reviews and what they post on Facebook it's pretty easy to figure out when mechanically inclined. Also never message them they will never get back to you. That one's from experience.

When I had ordered something that I thought was being delivered to Kentville location, it went to Greenwood instead. Tanya Randall was fantastic. Tanya went above and beyond to make sure I received my order the next day. Thank you Tanya

Installed rotors for a different car on my vehicle, which cause damage to my vehicle, and they refused to take responsibility for it, even after looking at it a second time and saying the issue was the pads I provided. This had to be repaired by another local garage who cleaned up their issues. Please don't take any vehicles you care about here.
