Ox Head Restaurant

I have been here many times and they never disappoint. Usually I order the small size Rare Beef Rice Noodle Soup (quite large for being called "small") and sometimes get an appetizer like spring rolls with fish sauce or the pork & shrimp rolls with peanut sauce. It has been consistently amazing. There have been a couple times that they forgot to bring my appetizer and I had to remind them, but once I got it, it was always fantastic. I take an early dinner here because later on (after 6:30) on weekends they can get a bit crowded and they don't have much of a waiting area. Despite occasional mixups and the small size of the restaurant, I have to rate 5 stars because the food is 100% worth it and very cheap for the quality and quantity of food you get.

Meat in my soup was a fatty leathery inedible mess, worst quality meat I’ve ever had in a soup. This was late last summer. Too bad I’ve been several times before and it was ok, maybe they had an off day?

This is one of the best pho places outside of China Town. I always order a rare beef, medium bowl. This restaurant gave a nice portion of beef and the noodles were quite large. The broth was alright, I kind of like saltier broths. Could have been saltier haha. Service was quick. Parking is free. Cash debit credit. Wheel chair accessible

I’ve eaten here many times over the years and have always enjoyed my meal. Love the fresh spring rolls and the various pho soups. Often have dinner here before a Senators game.

Had the vermicelli with chicken, beef and spring roll. Food was very good and the portion was big. The vietnamese spring roll was different then the other ones I've had before. Definitely a highlight for me, the best so far.
