Service here is phenomenal. The servers are so attentive and friendly. Food is very good. Beer is very cold. Shannon is amazing. Ask her to sing for you, her voice is amazing.

Our server was amazing.  Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and oh, did I say friendly already.  A great restaurant with a good atmosphere and diverse menu.  A must return  establishment.

Very Nice people so i understand the good ratings on service but some of the food soup and fries served cold. For a17 dollar burger the cute wee bowl of fries and standard size burger doesnt cut it. I left hungry!

Service is quick. 
Was severed a Manhattan with a giant ice ball made in a water balloon that was so big it hit my nose when I drank. They were happy to take back the giant ice ball and replace it with regular ice. 
Steak was pretty bland, nothing exciting about the New York strip here.

The service was amazing for us, just I'm use to going to Jack Astor's for variety of dishes. When I went last time I felt they should have called themselves Jack Astors Seafood and Bar. Menu should reflect your clientele as I do not expect every other item to contain fish. the odd fish menu item makes sense. But their fall menu shareables there are only 4 things without fish.
