Kelseys Original Roadhouse

Terrible service here. After watching people who had arrived after us being seated, we discovered our name had already been crossed off the list, so we had to wait longer than we should have to be seated. Our server, Chris, was awful, no personality whatsoever and he had to ask us multiple times to repeat our order. After a long wait, our food came first, mine was completely wrong and had to be sent back. About halfway through the others eating, our drinks finally arrived. My meal finally showed up but we never got the side of fries we requested. Server never came back to check on us, he wasn't even the one to bring any of our food. When our bill was brought, he didn't give us any time, just automatically typed in the amount on the machine and handed it over. I said I wanted to look at the bill because there was so much wrong and I wanted to make sure we weren't charged for the fries we never got. He didn't say a single thing to that, no apology or anything. Luckily the food was good, but it didn't make up for the incredibly poor service.

Great place. Good service. My food has always been fantastic. The only negative is the heat was broken my last visit. They set up space heaters, however if you weren't next to them you had to be bundled up

Service was a bit slow ( I overheard our server saying to another table they were short-staffed that night.) but she was very pleasant. I thought the food came out very quick and hot. The calamari we ordered as an appetizer was delicious! My curry noodle bowl was also very tasty and my husband's steak was cooked perfectly. (He ordered blue.) I also like the atmosphere of this location.

Service was shockingly horrible for a Kelseys restaurant. Took them forever to seat us on a Thursday night that wasn't busy, waitress was rude and not professional, drinks and food took forever to come, and one of the servers shoved their nose in the wings to smell the flavour - it was so weird. Definitely won't be coming back.

We had a reservation for a large group of 10 for a birthday celebration. Service was slow to take our orders about 20 minutes, the first error was the appetizer which was not what we ordered. The waitress apologized and rushed through the proper appetizer, you could tell the nachos were rushed as they were hardly warm. My wife had the enchiladas which she did not finish as the sauce was horrible tasting, my buffalo chicken was so over cooked you could break a tooth, two more mistakes on the bills means we will never go back. Similar experience for the other family with us, overall a very poor experience.
