Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill

Pretty decent. Stopped here for the 1/2 price apps at 9. The place was basically deserted when we got here, but as soon as we sat down and placed our orders, a crowd of around 30 people showed up at the same time acting obnoxious and holding the door open when it was freezing cold outside. As for the actual food, it was very decent, especially for the price. The service was just ok, they were way understaffed for how many patrons they had at the place. Also paid for an extra shot in my mixed drink, which they never put in, until I called them out on it.

I have been to 6 or 7 locations and this one is by far the worst service. Out of the 5 times we have visited this location only once have we had a regular dining experience. I have disregarded it other times. But this time was a bit ridiculous. The pitcher we ordered smelled slightly and was off in taste. Our server proceeds to tell us that it’s fine. And if we want she will replace 1/2 the pitcher since we had already poured out into our glasses. Although our glasses were still 3/4 full. She called the owner over. Who told us nothing is wrong with it; other customers have been drinking it all day and that we won’t be getting any exchange or other beer and then she walked away. Eventually the server brought us two bottles. What happened to customer service in the HOSPITALITY industry ?

Super cheap beer and food especially after 9pm. Feel casual and family style. Around 6-8 types of beer on tap. Food is mediocre but for 1/2 price appetizers after 9pm, can’t complain. The washroom is a bit smelly and dated, with a few big mosquitoes, not too acceptable for my standard. Will still come back for drinks.

I went there for dinner with my Fiancé, we got a couple domestic beers 18oz for $5 which is pretty normal I guess!! For the food we got, wings finger rings, and strip loin steak which comes with friends and corn. Chichen and rings were awesome, very crispy and very tasty with decent size per pc. The steak however tasted more like rare without any special spices. We ordered medium rare. The corn on the side was also literally rotten. The taste and texture obviously showed that. I was also surprised by the "honest and goodness fee" on my bill even though it wasn't more than $5 but still....!!!!!?? Overall, was alright for a quick affordable good dinner...

Food is pretty good. After 9pm they have 1/2 price apps which is such a good deal. Staff was also friendly and restaurant was spacious.

The worst place to go for ribs. Ribs were burnt dry and hard. When asked for the manager he was the cook. When the manager came out he did not apologize at all and Infact said he was serving them like that all day that people like them burnt. The cops were called because he refused to take it off the bill. $15 ribs and we refused to pay for the UN edible ribs. So it's costing him $15 dollars for a bad review, lost customers and reported him to BBB and reported to their head office

Would I Recommend- NO I'm not sure what happened here. My first time ordering delivery from this place and it was absolutely disappointing. What I ordered: 1/2 BBQ Chicken with Fries The Problem Esthetically it didn't look so bad but the taste and smell was another story. The chicken tasted unseasoned and boiled with sauce painted on. It was extremely bland, the skin was soggy and there was an overall unpleasant smell. This was definitely not BBQ Chicken!

Pretty decent place. Pramath was our server and he was very great and fast with our requests. The food came very fast. Nachos was amazing and the ribs was very well cooked.

We came as a group of 8- they accommodated us quickly joining tables ; The appetizers came fresh and without much wait-good quantities, tried almost 6 appetizers : recommend All! The server pooja was friendly , quick and correct with her recommendations on food and drinks in taste! Unique toffee pudding dessert to die for ! Overall a great dining experience

Came to the vaughan location for the first. Got seated and placed my order of wings and steak and lobster, 2mins later the wings came out. In my head that's pretty quick. When arrived wings are stale and hard. Seems like they just microwaved it. Once the steak and lobster came they gave us cold lobster and raw steak Poor quality on food need to hire cooks who know what they are doing. Not coming here again. Worst location.
