We had a fantastic experience at Kelseys Original Roadhouse! From the moment we walked in, everything was spot on. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service truly made our night.nnA big shoutout to our waitress, Victoria — she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She checked in at all the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with such a positive attitude. We went out to Kelsey's after a hockey game with the family and we had a large group and young kids and our hostess, Aniella was incredible. The service was fast and friendly. Everything we ate tasted amazing and the portion sizes were more than anyone could handle lots of leftovers! My wife and I shared the chicken fajitas and our boys had the kids pasta and chicken fingers and fries real potatoes and they loved their dinner. I'd highly recommend. Great people, atmosphere and food.

Went to Kelsey's with a large group for wing night and drinks.nVictoria was the server responsible for our group at first. She suggested we choose numbers, ensuring we all could easily order and add to our individual bills in an organized and efficient manner. Victoria and the management staff were very flexible and understanding and allowed us to move tables and chairs to fit the needs of our group, which was extremely appreciated.nnIt wasnt until we had well over 25 people that Victoria enlisted the help of Amanda, who delightfully matched the energy of Victoria and was extremely attentive and friendly. Both of our servers Victoria and Amanda, despite having other tables and lots of requests from us, ensured we were promptly taken care of.nWhen our bills came they got everyone's bills right the first time and the conversation and witty banter was appreciated by all.nnThank you!

Alyssa was amazing, it was almost like she was able to read our minds! Will be requesting her as our waitress whenever we attend! Couldn’t ask for better service, kindness, competence, and great conversation! Very impressed with how personable she is with an amazing positive attitude and work ethic!
