Mary Brown's Famous Chicken & Taters!

Used to be good. They need to provide proper training to new hires and students. It’s a good spot to go for chicken sandwich. I visited so many locations all over Canada but the last time I went to Petawawa location, I was very disappointed. I ordered the Buffalo and Nashville taters. The Buffalo Mary is supposed to be nice, juicy, spicy and saucy.. it was dry and chicken didn’t taste the normal Mary browns good stuff. The taters were greasy and disgusting. The person who made them didn’t take the oil off or the extra stuff, they just packed it as is with the dirty oil. Worker was nice but she was abit nervous in taking orders, maybe new to the job but it’s ok workers at this location are nice. Unfortunately, the Food quality is going down… they need to step up and keep up with the regular quality. I would give it another chance and try again but it will be my last choice to go for food.

It’s worth having the App for discounts. First time at this location. Fast and friendly service. Ordered ahead and food was hot and ready for pick up.

Standard fast food with good options for chicken lovers and kids ask for taters! Pricier than KFC and others but this is supposed to be better ingredients and quality I can’t tell the difference much. Must try once!

Usually it's good. Ordered the batters box for me and my gf. Got less than half a container of gravy if that. Also lately it's been a lot saltier than normal. Fries and Chicken is salty. Unfortunate.

Mary Browns is, in our opinion, way better than KFC. Whatever they use for seasoning suits us to a 't'.
