The food was good but I think they are understaffed so the wait time was a bit longer than I was comfortable with. It was also lunch time so I probably should have taken the drive through. I love love love thier onion rings! The staff are kind and welcoming. I'd go there again.

Unfortunately there is no option to give zero stars. I will not go back to this location. The orders are wrong every time, and not just missing/wrong items - sometimes they make the items wrong like using the 'valu menu' patty in the regular hamburger, or the ftied items are oily and soggy like the fryer isn't hot enough. They also have a lovely policy of getting in a surly huff if you complain about not getting what you ordered. Edit: I have been contacted by a representative of this restaurant and been going back and forth all day. He seems to think a missing order of onion rings or whatever is the main problem, missing the fact that some screwup has happened pretty much every time I have visited in the past few years, and this experience is common among people who have tried to go there. As for my comment that trying to get my order corrected results in them treating me like a theif, he says it's because paraphrasing everybody wants something for nothing. In other words, he has confirmed staff is absolutely told to treat any complaints as if it somebody tring to scam them. Not only am I planning to never return to this badly run 'restaurant,' I regret having gone in the first place, and especially regret giving them so many chances - this is a tree that is rotten from the top down. Parking: Usually lots of parking available because most people in Petawawa have stopped coming here. The only time the lot is full is when a half dozen people are waiting in their cars for 30 minutes or an hour for their food to be ready.

It’s been 2 times I go to the one in Petawawa…One time to the drive through where I ordered 2 Festive diners…Paid for 2 festive diner and I got home in Deep River..I open them and all there was in each meal was 1 small chicken leg and 1 Baked potato in each..No bread or sour cream or butter no cranberry sauce or stuffing..so I wouldn’t go back…One of my friend suggested to go for lunch there was 4 of us…Me and another lady picked the chicken sandwich..Everything was ice cold….There was no one but us…Now I know why…after those 2 Episodes I will make the trip to the one in Pembroke, worth the trip..

Quarter chicken so tasty . Great food for good value. Clean establishment. Good service. Great ambiance’s.

Have always loved Swiss Chalet, until tonight!. Possibly the worst meal of my life. Flavors were off a lot, appetizer arrived when we were almost done our entree. Staff seemed very confused.

Love this place. The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Fast service and very accurate. Extremely great customer service.

Love Harvey's quality of food and toppings. Staff at this store are very friendly. Kid-friendliness: My children really liked the chicken, fries, and hotdogs. Parking: There was enough parking.

Store seams very understaffed, and employees look overwhelmed. Hire more people and pay more. The food quality is tremendously lacking and it's a management issue. To the staff on the counter and in the kitchen, ,s!

Service here is very inconsistent. Sometimes food comes out quick and hot. Other times they tell you to park and you're waiting over 30 minutes for your cold food. Unfortunately, today was one of those "other times." I ordered using the Harvey's app and set a time for pickup. I arrived by the time indicated and didn't receive my food until 40 minutes after my arrival. What's the point of setting up a pickup time if it won't be honoured? Something is off with the food preparation procedures at this restaurant and I don't quite know what it is.
