Visited Kelowna and this gym came recommended to me! I highly recommend this gym for visitors as well! Large spacious facility with just about any equipment you would need. Great locker room with sauna, steam room, hot tub, and showers! When I was there, it was very clean! The front desk staff was extremely courteous!

I have been going to this gym for a few months now. It has a ton of machines, but not very organized and needs more space to do more free weights and workouts. The classes are great and the group fitness leaders always have such motivational energy. I just had a bad experience with a staff member at the front desk, so I believe some staff expectations should be gone over.

It’s a good gym but I’m leaving this review because of this blonde girl staff member. She was so nice to me and went above and beyond. I had forgotten something and it was already after hours and she stayed behind just to ensure I got my belongings back! I always felt welcomed here at the gym but now I feel especially cared for. Great place and even better staff.

Lots of squat racks, benches and deadlift platforms and tons of machines and free weights to use, this place will get the job done and has everything you need. Lots of equipment is old and worn however, taking away the eccentric portion of the movement, or there’s no tension or ROM. Not as inclined to use the sauna/hot tub because unclothed old men and the price is a little steep to me. That being said I love the gym and would say it’s a good place to go, the atmosphere and staff are excellent just needs a little updating.

Lots of machine, great community. Give me a full day and 5 of your staff and I’ll rearrange the machine into sections that make more sense. Going around 2 floors looking for machines that should be near each other. You have the ability to be a 5 stars + gym. Some reorganization is required.
